First, with every sale we have scheduled inspection days prior to the close of bidding when prospects can make personal inspection of the items being sold. We even make special arrangements to accommodate out of town buyers with special inspection requests. WHERE IS THE SALE HELD?
Many of our K-BID Online auctions are held at the seller premises just like a conventional auction. If necessary the items can be moved to our auction center. We have a fleet of trucks, trailers, forklifts and experienced personnel to handle all moving logistics.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
We contract with you to provide a complete auction service including set-up, photography of all items, descriptions and web site posting, inspection days, conduct of the sale online, collection of funds and supervision of the removal process when the sale is completed. Our removal staff also assists out of town buyers with their shipping requirements. We have riggers and movers available to help load items and coordinate delivery from this end. I CAN SEE SELLING BIG ITEMS ONLINE, WHAT ABOUT SMALLER ITEMS?
A K-BID sale consistently exceeds expectations when it comes to selling accessory and small items. With our method, we can lot smaller groups and individual items more effectively. We have conducted K-BID auctions with over 2,500 individual lots. If this many lots were sold in an old fashioned conventional auction, the auction would last over 12 hours! No one has the time or inclination (or knees or ankles) to stand around that long to bid on an item. When a sale drags on, the buyers start to disappear and the auctioneer bulks up the lots and “gives away” your assets. We do a excellent job of making lots that are appropriate as to merchandise mix and value to maximize your cash recovery.

HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR AN ONLINE AUCTION?
The costs associated with a K-BID online auction compare favorably to an old fashioned conventional auction. In many cases we generate our commission by using a “buyers premium” which we collect from the purchaser, without any expense for the seller. The seller is usually responsible for set up costs, advertising and marketing and other direct expenses associated with the sale. This may be on the basis of a percentage of gross auction proceeds, or as a fixed fee. We look at every sale on an individual basis and provide a proposal for your consideration which we feel will best suit your needs. We may not always appear to be the cheapest on the surface, however the K-BID method will almost always end the day with the most net cash in your pocket.
