Wadena, MN is in the heart of the state. US Hwy 10 and US Hwy 71 collide! Timber Roots is hosting the event yet again. Ample maneuvering room for trailers and we will have 3 forklifts available to help load you. Patience is a virtue. We will all do our best to get you in and out as efficiently as possible. Many items outside are on pallets. We will have our staff on hand to help you locate your winnings. Due to insurance restrictions our gang will not be able to help you load. Please, BRING HELP if you need it. Remember your straps, 2 wheel dollys, etc. to help make your journey a smooth and uneventful one.
There will be a viewing/ inspection day on Friday October 20th, from 10 am until 3:45 pm. The factory closes at 4:00 pm promptly. This is not a day to come and meander around, but come with a list of lot numbers and descriptions, so we can more quickly assist you.
Timber Roots will likely be able to haul rafters and Joists. They are busy and will need to coordinate scheduling. There is a base charge and a per mile charge that is actually quite reasonable. Call our office in Lake Park if would like a quote before the auction is over and we will do our best to get you an accurate estimate from Timber Roots. The entire staff at Timber Roots are excellent and this is a relationship that has strengthened over the 4 years.
If there is rain or snow the gravel "yard" can become a bit sloppy. Have proper footwear and clothing for the conditions.
When you arrive for removal, come to the back of the beatifully remodeled office. We will have signs assisting. Before retreiving any lots you will need a specially marked copy of your invoice showing "paid". Even if you pay online you need to check in

Pick Up terms:
It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to arrange payment/ pick up/shipping requests of all winning invoices.
1. Please note the specific pick up days and times for each auction. (note: we try to accommodate as many schedules as possible by providing 10 hours on pick up days)
2. All items should be paid and picked up no later than the close of designated pick up business day. Please make arrangements for someone to pick up your items for you or to have them shipped if you are not able to pick up yourself.
3. We provide shipping for most items at additional cost to the buyer. Please DO NOT PAY ON-LINE if you are shipping. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact Resold Auctions to arrange shipping during the scheduled pick up days and times of each specific auction.
4. Any items paid or unpaid remaining at Resold Auction past the designated pick up schedule without prior agreement will immediately become Property of Resold Auction Services.
5. Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
6. There is a $25 penalty to reverse a No Show Status Account with Resold Auctions. This is in addition to any penalty for late retrieval of items.
Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected.
At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
On-line payments SHOULD NOT BE MADE if you are shipping. We need to verify shipping details and additional shipping payment.
