This auction contains the personal property of former HAIRBALL BASS GUITARIST FREAKY. Randy has just moved to Las Vegas and asked us to liquidate the contents of his home. Contents include custom autographed items just for this auction featured in LOTS 99 and 100. We have MANY of his costumes, memorabilia, band equipment, a huge T-Shirt collection with lots of shirts from The Ramones, Dead Cowboys (Freaky was also a member of this band) Surley Jones (Freaky was also a member of this band) Harley Davidson, and many, many more. We have TV's, sound equipment, furniture, posters, collectible band banners - even a full light up sign used on stage by the band Surley Jones. So much to see in this auction. We do not take personal or business checks. We take visa and master card for up to $3,000.00. Wire transfers and cash are always welcome. For purchases over $3000.00 a wire transfer, Cashier Check or cash are the best way to go. A Cashier Check must be made out to M.A.Williams Auction.
Bidders are required to attend the scheduled removal to pay their invoice and pick up their lots.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
