We do not offer local pickup for any items in our auctions and all items are shipped. Please read both the "Shipping" and "Payment Terms" sections PRIOR TO PLACING ANY BIDS so that you fully understand how our auctions work. Placing a bid constitutes your understanding of and agreement with all terms and conditions listed for our auctions. No items will be shipped until full payment for the auction purchase and shipping and handling costs is received.
It is the bidder's responsibility to evaluate any/all items using the item description and photos and ask any questions PRIOR TO placing a bid. Questions will be answered to the best of our ability. Please email any questions you have to cotreasurehunter77@gmail.com. In the subject line please reference the Lot # you are asking about (...i.e. "Question on Lot #27"). Ask your questions as early as possible because questions received within 48 hours of the end of the auction may not be answered. There are NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS on any item. If bidding on a jewelry lot, you must read the following additional information and disclaimers PRIOR TO placing a bid.
Additional Information and Disclaimers on Jewelry Items:
1. All jewelry items are described to the best of our ability and the photos are an important part of that description. We are not professional jewelers and as a result, while we are offering an opinion as to what an item it, we are making no guarantees as to what any jewelry item may actually be.
2. All jewelry items we sell are estate, resale or consignment items and as a result, we typically know nothing about an items actual age, origin or authenticity. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to use the item description and photos to determine whether or not you wish to bid based on that information.
3. On lots where we state the weight of a jewelry item, the weight will always be stated in grams and a photo of the items weight will be included in the pictures. We use an electronic balance scale that is calibrated before each auction, and it shows weight to the nearest 1/100th of a gram. Keep in mind, individual scales do vary in accuracy, and we are simply showing you the weight of the item on our scale.
4. Unless otherwise stated, all jewelry items we sell are preowned and may show signs or normal wear and usage, including surface scratches, knicks, chips and tarnish. Item photos should be looked at closely so you can make your own determination of condition, however item photos may not show every sign of wear or usage.
5. In cases where we test a gemstone, a Presidium Gem Tester II is used. We will include a photo of the test result showing the location of the gem indicator needle. We may also give an opinion as to what we believe a gemstone is, however that opinion does not constitute a guarantee as to what any gemstone may actually be. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to interpret any gemstone test reading photos to make their own determination of what they believe the gemstone(s) may be. The Presidium II tester is not able to accurately distinguish between natural and lab-created stones, so any test results will only indicate the type of stone a gemstone may be, not whether that stone is natural or lab-created.
6. We do not remove gemstones from jewelry items to determine carat weight. We may give an estimate as to the carat weight of gemstones by using mm to carat conversions, but this method only gives us a rough estimate of carat weight, not an exact measure. If we sell a loose gemstone, we will use our electronic balance scale to show the carat weight reading displayed.
7. It is common practice in the gemstone industry for stones to undergo various treatments and processes including, but not limited to, heat-treating, oiling, irradiation, dyeing, coating and fracture-filling. As we are not professional jewelers, we are not qualified to determine if any gemstone has undergone any such treatment or process. The buyer must bid based solely on their opinion as to what a gemstone may be using the information provided in the auction listing and photos.
8. We do not test any jewelry item in any way to determine metal content or purity. We will describe any metal purity markings on jewelry items and include a photo of purity markings. Sometimes markings on jewelry are hard to read due to wear or other factors. When we state a metal purity marking in an auction title or description, we are offering our opinion as to what the marking reads, but we are not offering any guarantee that the marking reflects the actual metal content or purity in the item. Prior to bidding, it is the buyer's responsibility to look at the auction photos and make their own determination as to what any jewelry markings are. Purity markings on jewelry items are not a guarantee of the actual or exact metal content or purity of any item.
9. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges for any reason on any jewelry item after purchase.
10. If you do not wish to play by these rules, do not bid. Placing a bid on any jewelry item in our auctions constitutes your understanding of, and agreement with, the disclaimers and statements made in this section.

Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
