There are NO RESERVES on any lot in this auction.

PAYMENT FOR TITLED ASSETS: Wire transfer or cash on-site only. Wire transfers carry a $20.00 bank charge and are due in auctioneer's account no later than Wednesday August 19th 4:00 p.m. Wire instructions are provided to winning bidder at the close of auction by calling Jay Dailey at 507-625-7653 or 507-340-4747.

PAYMENT FOR ALL OTHER AUCTION ASSETS: The loadout site does NOT have access to on-site credit card payment! Wire transfer or cash on-site at loadout can be accepted. Credit card payment on your K-BID account will be accepted for all non-vehicle assets up to a maximum of $3,000.00 and must be made BEFORE loadout appointment. Bidders who do not have established payment histories with K-BID may be asked for alternative (wire transfer or cash) payment. Please make sure ALL of your contact information on your K-BID account is accurate and up-to-date, ESPECIALLY YOUR PHONE NUMBER so we can contact you with important updates and information if necessary.

BUYER’S PREMIUM of 15% with a $1,500.00 cap on each lot will be added to all purchases.

All bidders must register with K-BID according to their published terms as well as complying with these Affiliate terms.

**INSPECTIONS: Are August 8th and 15th from Noon to 6:00 p.m. In-person inspections are critical and it is the bidder's sole responsibility to assure themselves of the value, lot components, and suitability for their purpose before advancing final bids. Vehicles that are able to be started will be started to observe whatever can be determined in a running state. Insurance restrictions will not permit test drives. The photos in the lot listings reflect the actual current observable status of each lot. Some photos and marketing materials for the Land Rovers may use photos from its original, unaltered, or mid-restoration state.

This auction is conducted on behalf of the United States Bankruptcy Trustee. Failure to complete your obligations under these terms will result in monetary penalties and restriction of future K-BID bidding privileges. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS IN EVERY RESPECT.

While every effort has been made to disclose observed defects and flaws that may substantially impact value, the bidder is ultimately solely responsible for making their own inquiries and determinations of value. Bidder understands that, unless otherwise stated, items offered for sale are used/pre-owned, and flaws and wear and tear should be expected. No third party mechanical inspections have been made on vehicles, nor any of the mechanical equipment unless otherwise stated in the lot description. Any statements of general condition or visible flaws are opinions based solely on the Auctioneer's visual observation. Multiple photos have been provided for your scruitiny, but nothing is better than your own eyes-on inspection.

**SHIPPING BY AUCTIONEER IS NOT AVAILABLE - SEE SHIPPING TAB FOR FURTHER INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS. IF THIRD PARTY SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS AT AN ALTERNATE DATE MUST BE MADE, BUYER AGREES THAT A $150.00 MEET FEE WILL APPLY AS AUCTIONEER IS LOCATED 2 HOURS FROM THE AUCTION SITE. We would NOT recommend attempting to drive any of these vehicles to your destination! There are no current plates on any of them and some have been sitting for nearly two years and should be thoroughly checked out before driving. You should plan on towing all vehicles.

If you are granted a delayed loadout date, you are solely responsible for insuring the assets you have purchased until you have removed them from the site. Neither the auctioneer or the U.S. Bankruptcy trustee bears any responsibility for security or damage to your purchases. No merchandise can be removed until payment in full has been received and verified by Auctioneer under any circumstances.

Titled vehicle removal will have priority on August 20 and 21 before 4:00 p.m. before Renville County DMV closes for the day. No title tranfer can be made, nor vehicles requiring transfer can be removed on the weekend! We will be as flexible as we can to work with you on getting your merchandise removed in a way that works for both of us!  CALL US IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS! 507-625-7653 or 507-340-4747

Documentation may include, but is not limited to nor guaranteed, Certificates from the country of origin, NHTSB and EPA declarations, Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Customs and Border Protection entry summary, a Bill of Sale, and copies of photographs if available. If a 'bond' willl be required for the winning bidder to obtain U.S. title, it will be the bidders sole responsibility to obtain the bond at their own expense. If you are not familiar with purchasing and obtaining title to an imported restoration vehicle, NOW is the time to get that information, NOT after you have been declared the winning bidder!

IMPORTED AND DOMESTIC VEHICLES WITH MN TITLE: Are in-hand ready to transfer as customary at the Renville County DMV after payment in full. At loadout, auctioneer will accompany you to the DMV at the Renville County Seat in Olivia MN (about 9 miles from auction site). Come prepared with your Driver's License, proof of insurance, and dealer license number (if applicable) and method of payment to them.

VEHICLES WITHOUT TITLE: Some vehicles were purchased as parts donor vehicles and never intended to be road worthy. Those will sell for parts only on a standard Bill of Sale. We will need a photograph of your Driver's license to accompany the Bill of Sale. Standard MN and local sales tax will be charged on these unless you have an ST-3 tax exempt number on file under your account already with K-BID or with us prior to paying your invoice.

**TITLE STATUS: Will be found in each vehicles's lot description. Bill of sale lots will require us to take a photo of your driver's license for the recorded Bill of Sale.

THESE TITLE TRANSFER APPOINTMENTS MUST OCCUR BEFORE 4:00 P.M.  If you have purchased a vehicle, you must call auctioneer in addition to claiming your time slot online so we can manage multiple loadouts more efficiently. Please allow enough time to take care of title transfer and/or bill of sale business as well as the removal itself. We can schedule two vehicle buyer appointments at a time to expedite. No vehicle can be removed from the site until your auction payment has been verified, and title transfer documents are complete under any circumstances.

Note that vehicles (chassis, bodys, or vehicles declared "for parts only" will be sold on a standard Minnesota Bill of Sale without title and are taxable as any other part would be.

VIN numbers are provided in each lot description. Bidders are responsible to do their own VIN check  for US sourced vehicles. imported Land Rover VIN numbers do not decipher on the US VIN lookup site. There are special VIN lookups for vehicles sourced outside the US that can be viewed by subscription, or by a dealer.

Ownership transfers and removal can be scheduled ONLY upon verification of payment in full to Auctioneer's bank account, and completion of all title transfer paperwork. Dailey Realty and Auction Service will be solely responsible for the transfer of all titles of the assets offered in this auction.

This is a privately owned and operated auction and it is clearly understood that auctioneer only represents the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee.

ABANDONMENT: Purchases that are not removed by the last posted pickup time without contacting the Auctioneer BEFORE the end of loadout period will be deemed ‘abandoned’. No refund or credit will be given. Disposition of abandoned lots will be at the Auctioneer’s sole discretion!
