Please inspect the item before bidding – Pick-Up Day is NOT Inspection Day.
It is your responsibility to inspect prior to purchase. A ‘Test Drive’ does not equal a full mechanical inspection and will not reveal all mechanical issues.
Photographs and test drive videos are considered part of the item description. Please use all information provided to assess the value of the item before bidding.
As with all used vehicles, vehicles may come with typical used car issues, including mechanical issues and past due maintenance.
All lots must be paid and picked up within 3 business days of auction close.
Inspections are available when the auction is live during normal business hours. Appointments are required; please call or text 763-203-7000 to schedule appointments.
"Paid" items not picked up within 7 days are subject to a $125 per week storage fee unless prior arrangements have been made.
"Paid" items not picked up within 45 days are considered abandoned and will become the property of TopGear Auto Auction.
Buyer is responsible for all loading, securing, hoisting, lifting, handling, removal and/or rigging and must bring sufficient help and equipment to load.
TopGear Auto Auction and/or any personnel are not liable for injuries and/or damage during removal.
At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership and risk of loss pass immediately to the bidder.
If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full but does not take possession of the asset/s immediately during removal days, ownership and risk of loss will still transfer to the bidder upon payment.

Vehicle Damage Disclosure & Ownership Information
All vehicle damage disclosures and the number of previous owners are provided by CARFAX. The retail value of each vehicle is sourced from CARFAX AND/OR JD Power for reference purposes.
Title & Registration Information
Titles for Minnesota residents are processed directly through the Minnesota Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Typically, it takes 2-3 months for the buyer to receive the official title after they receive their license plates in the mail. In some cases this may take longer.
At the time of purchase:
Minnesota residents will receive a 60-day temporary license plate.
Out-of-state buyers will receive a 30-day permit.
All titling and registration for out-of-state buyers will be their sole responsibility. However, we will provide all necessary documents to facilitate the completion of their titling process.
Fees for Out-of-State Buyers
Out-of-state buyers are responsible for the following fees at the time of checkout:
$275 Documentation Fee
$20 Washington County Vehicle Excise Tax
All winning bidders are required to pay their entire invoice balance in full within the stated payment period. No partial payments or payment plans are permitted.
If a bidder wins multiple lots, payment must be made for all lots in full. Bidders may not selectively pay for individual items after the auction has closed.
Failure to pay for all awarded lots or comply with auction terms will result in enforcement actions.
Failure to comply with auction terms, including payment and removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension.
K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
By purchasing a vehicle, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this disclosure.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
