It is your responsibility to inspect prior to purchase. A ‘Test Drive’ does not equal a full mechanical inspection and will not reveal all mechanical issues. Photographs are considered part of the item description, please use all information provided to you to assess the value of this item before bidding.
As with all used cars, this car may come with typical used car issues, including minor mechanical issues and past due maintenance.
Removal Information:
All lots must be paid and picked up within 4 days of auction close, inspections and pick up are by appointment only, please call 763-620-1311 to schedule appointments.
Any removal out of our SCHEDULED REMOVAL TIMES and dates will be subject to a MINIMUM $20.00 transfer charge.
"Paid" Items not picked up within 7 days are subject to a $100 a week storage fee unless prior arrangements have been made.
"Paid" items not picked up within 90 days are considered abandoned and will once again be property of Wholesale Cars.

At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss passes immediately to the bidder.
If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full, but does not take possession of the assets immediately during the removal day, ownership and risk of loss will still transfer to the bidder upon payment.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
