I do my best to provide accurate photos and descriptions, including noticeable wear or damage. Please review each lot carefully and ask questions before bidding. Previously owned and vintage items may have wear or imperfections that are not immediately visible in photographs.

Inspections are available by appointment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Call or text 651-508-0044 to schedule a time before bidding. Buyers are responsible for inspecting and evaluating items to their satisfaction.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” without guarantees or warranties, except as required by law. An item described as untested should not be assumed to work. Only items identified as included in the lot are part of the sale.

Please check your purchases before leaving to ensure you have received the correct items and all listed pieces. Let me know promptly if something is missing or materially different from its description so I can review the concern. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.

By bidding, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to this auction’s terms and K-BID’s website terms.

You are responsible for bids placed through your account. Do not share your login information. Check the lot number and amount before submitting a bid; bids are binding and may not be retracted.

Check your K-BID dashboard for winning invoices after the auction closes. Not receiving an email does not cancel your purchase obligation.

A 15% buyer’s premium applies, capped at $1,500 per item, not per invoice. Applicable sales tax will be added. Buyers claiming an exemption must provide the required documentation before taking possession.

Pickup is Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the listed removal location.

Local buyers who cannot attend should contact me before bidding to arrange another time. Alternative arrangements must be confirmed with me. A different pickup time does not extend the payment deadline unless we specifically agree to that.

Items will not be released until payment has been received. Please review the Details tab for parking, building access, and packing information.

Shipping is available on select items by prior arrangement. Review the Shipping tab and confirm eligibility and costs before bidding.

Please contact me promptly if an issue affects your payment or pickup. Failure to pay or collect purchases without confirmed alternative arrangements may result in a no-show report and suspension of bidding privileges.

Unclaimed items and unpaid purchases will be handled according to K-BID’s policies and applicable law. The second-highest bidder is not automatically entitled to purchase an unclaimed item.

Lots with reserves are subject to the reserve requirements shown on K-BID. Reserves may be lowered. If a reserve is lowered after the last high bid was placed, K-BID’s terms allow that bidder to choose whether to complete the purchase.

Bidding during the final three minutes resets the lot’s countdown to three minutes. Monitor your bids directly during closing rather than relying on notifications.

Serendipity Auctions is an independent business. K-BID provides the auction platform and does not manage this auction’s inspections, payments, shipping, or pickup.

K-BID controls account restrictions, suspension, and reinstatement. Its current policies, including any reinstatement fees and identification requirements, apply. Please review K-BID’s website terms for complete details.

Please use care while inspecting, carrying, and loading items. Follow building access instructions, keep entrances clear, and bring assistance for anything you cannot safely carry.

Auction Terms Addendum

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.

Bidders are responsible for all activity under their account.
Account information and passwords must not be shared.
All bids are binding and may not be retracted.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Auction Process

Items with a reserve will not sell unless the reserve price is met.
Reserves may be lowered at any time at the independent auction company's discretion:
- During the auction: updated reserve status will be displayed.
- After closing: the highest bidder may be awarded the item if the reserve is lowered.
At closing, items with active bidding will remain open until no bids are received for three (3) minutes.
Outbid notifications are not sent once an item enters the closing process.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:

Reinstatement is at K-BID’s discretion
Requires payment of:
- 20% penalty on unpaid invoice(s)
- $25 reinstatement fee
A valid government-issued ID must be provided
Unpaid items will not be awarded

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
