Thank you for bidding with MC SALES! We appreciate your business and want your auction experience to be smooth and enjoyable. Please review the following terms before placing your bids.

PAYMENT

Payment may be made online through your K-BID dashboard under Invoices, or by cash or major credit card at pickup.

Buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees. Tax-exempt buyers must provide valid documentation.

NEED SHIPPING? Please do not pay your K-BID invoice until shipping charges have been added.

PICKUP & REMOVAL — APPOINTMENT REQUIRED

All purchases must be picked up during the scheduled removal dates and times listed in the individual auction details.

We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you cannot make your scheduled pickup, please contact MC SALES before the removal deadline.

Alternate arrangements may be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

MC SALES does not provide extended storage. All purchases are expected to be removed during the scheduled pickup period.

Special removal instructions for individual lots, including vehicles and titled assets, take priority over these general terms.

UNCLAIMED & UNPAID ITEMS

Paid Items: All paid purchases must be removed during the designated pickup period unless MC SALES approves alternate arrangements in advance.

Items left beyond the pickup deadline without approved arrangements may be considered abandoned and subject to resale or disposal in accordance with applicable law and K-BID policies.

Unpaid Items: Payment must be completed within the applicable K-BID payment deadline.

Failure to pay or make approved arrangements may result in items being re-listed and the bidder being reported as a no-show in accordance with K-BID policies.

Please communicate with us if you experience any difficulties with payment or pickup. We're happy to help whenever possible.

LOADING & REMOVAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Buyers are responsible for loading, disassembly, removal, and transportation of their purchases.

Please bring adequate help, tools, equipment, straps, and appropriate transportation.

For safety reasons, MC SALES reserves the right to decline assistance with unsafe loading conditions, vehicles, trailers, or equipment.

Winning bidders must remove ALL items included in their purchased lots. Unwanted items may not be left behind.

BEFORE YOU BID

Please bid only if you can pay for and remove your purchases within the required timeframe.

Carefully review all photographs, descriptions, measurements, condition information, and removal requirements before bidding.

Buyers are responsible for determining an item's condition, completeness, value, and suitability.

ITEM CONDITION & SALES POLICY

MC SALES offers a variety of NEW, OPEN-BOX, PREOWNED, VINTAGE, AND UNTESTED merchandise.

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES, UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE.

While we make every effort to accurately describe our merchandise, errors or omissions may occur.

SHIPPING — PLEASE READ BEFORE PAYING!

NEED SHIPPING? Select “Need Shipping” on your K-BID dashboard after the auction closes.

Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your invoice by the deadline listed in the individual auction details.

If you pay before shipping is added, MC SALES will send a separate Square invoice for shipping charges only.

MC SALES combines multiple purchased items into one box whenever practical to help minimize shipping costs. Some items may require separate boxes for safe packaging.

United States: Shipping is available through SpeeDee, USPS, UPS, or FedEx. SpeeDee rates are provided by special quote.

Canada: Shipping is available through UPS or FedEx. Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping is available for eligible items only. Please contact MC SALES before bidding if you have questions about shipping availability.

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after full payment, including shipping charges.

Packages ship to the name and address listed on the buyer's invoice. Buyers are responsible for verifying their shipping information.

Once packages are transferred to the carrier, delivery and claims are subject to the carrier's policies and applicable coverage.

BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these auction-specific terms, along with the applicable K-BID terms and conditions.

Auction Terms Addendum

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.

Bidders are responsible for all activity under their account.
Account information and passwords must not be shared.
All bids are binding and may not be retracted.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Auction Process

Items with a reserve will not sell unless the reserve price is met.
Reserves may be lowered at any time at the independent auction company's discretion:
- During the auction: updated reserve status will be displayed.
- After closing: the highest bidder may be awarded the item if the reserve is lowered.
At closing, items with active bidding will remain open until no bids are received for three (3) minutes.
Outbid notifications are not sent once an item enters the closing process.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:

Reinstatement is at K-BID’s discretion
Requires payment of:
- 20% penalty on unpaid invoice(s)
- $25 reinstatement fee
A valid government-issued ID must be provided
Unpaid items will not be awarded

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
