All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for buyer's remorse, disagreements regarding condition, or failure to read the item description, except where required by law.
Sports cards may include raw (ungraded), professionally graded, vintage, modern, rookie, insert, parallel, autograph, memorabilia, and collectible cards.
All cards are sold in their current condition.
Raw cards are not guaranteed to receive any particular grade if submitted to PSA, BGS, SGC, or another grading company.
Card condition is subjective. Buyers should carefully review all photographs before bidding.
Cards may have imperfections including corner wear, edge wear, surface scratches, print lines, centering issues, or other defects.
Professionally graded cards are sold according to the information displayed on their grading holders. Jay's Auction House does not independently guarantee third-party grading opinions.
No guarantee is made regarding future market value, investment potential, or grading results.
We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate photographs and descriptions.
Photographs are part of the item description. Bidders are responsible for examining all available images and asking questions before bidding.
Any errors or discrepancies should be brought to our attention before the auction closes.
All bids are binding commitments to purchase.
Bidders must be registered and approved through K-BID.
Winning bidders are responsible for completing payment.
Bids cannot be canceled or retracted simply because a bidder changes their mind.
Jay's Auction House reserves the right to withdraw or correct listings, reject bids, or cancel transactions when permitted by K-BID policies and applicable law.
A 15% buyer's premium will be added to the total winning bid amount on each invoice.
The buyer's premium is calculated on the combined winning bid amounts before applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Applicable sales tax will be added as required by law.
Shipping & Handling: If applicable
All winning bidders are responsible for paying the full invoice amount, including the buyer's premium, applicable sales tax, and shipping charges.
Payment must be completed within the deadline stated in the auction details or invoice.
Accepted payment methods are those authorized and displayed through K-BID or by Jay's Auction House.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the sale, loss of bidding privileges, and other remedies permitted under K-BID policies and applicable law.
A flat-rate shipping fee of $8.00 will be added to each invoice, regardless of the number of lots purchased.
All winning lots on the same invoice will be combined into one shipment whenever possible.
All items will be shipped via USPS with tracking and insurance.
Orders will ship within 3–4 business days after payment has been received.
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
The $8.00 shipping fee applies per invoice, not per lot.
Local pickup must be arranged before the auction closes. Buyers must contact Jay's Auction House in advance to schedule a pickup time.

All winning bidders are responsible for paying the full invoice amount, including the 15% buyer's premium, $8.00 flat-rate shipping fee, and applicable sales tax.
If local pickup is offered, winning bidders must collect their purchases during the designated pickup date and time.
Buyers must follow all pickup instructions provided in the auction listing.
Items not collected by the stated deadline may be subject to additional fees or other consequences, as disclosed in the auction details and permitted by applicable law.
Cards described as authenticated or certified by a third-party service will be identified as such when applicable.
Autographs and memorabilia cards without independent authentication are not represented as third-party authenticated unless expressly stated.
Buyers should review the listing description and photographs for details concerning authentication and certification.
Jay's Auction House reserves the right to correct material listing errors and address auction irregularities in accordance with K-BID policies.
We are not responsible for internet connectivity problems, bidder equipment failures, or other technical issues outside our reasonable control.
By placing a bid, buyers acknowledge that they have:

Understood that raw cards are not guaranteed to receive a specific professional grade.
Accepted the disclosed fees, payment requirements, and fulfillment arrangements.
Agreed to complete the purchase if declared the winning bidder.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
