This is an online-only auction governed by all applicable legal rights and remedies in the state where the auction occurs. Do not place a bid if you cannot agree to these terms or are unable to pay for and collect your items within the required timeframes.

Scheduled inspection dates and times are available for this auction. Please use the online scheduler to book your inspection appointment within the designated hours listed below.
Automatic Billing: The default credit card on file will be charged immediately upon auction closing. If payment is declined, items will not be released until the balance is resolved.
Payment Deadline & Late Fees: All payment arrangements must be finalized within one (1) business day of the auction close. If payment arrangements are not established by this deadline, you authorize the credit card on file to be charged for the full invoice balance plus a non-negotiable $25.00 per day late fee. Once applied, late fees cannot be removed.
Cash & Alternative Payments:
Exact cash payment on-site is accepted only if the auction manager is notified prior to the close of the auction to prevent automatic card processing. Exact change is required.
Invoices exceeding $1,000.00 cannot be paid via the credit card on file and must be paid using exact cash or a cashier’s check.
Default & Fraudulent Bidding: Failure to provide sufficient funds or collect purchases will result in additional fees and may lead to a permanent block from the BFOBIDS platform. Creating a new account to bypass a suspension is treated as fraudulent bidding, carries a $50.00 fine, and will result in an immediate permanent ban.
Scheduled Pick-Up: Items must be collected during the designated removal window. Winning bidders must schedule a pick-up appointment through their invoice page. If you cannot attend scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in a BFOBIDS auction, you are legally bound to pay for all won items and agree to remove them from the auction location.
Storage Fees: Any won items not removed during the scheduled removal timeframe will incur a $25.00 per day, per invoice storage fee.
Abandonment: Items remaining on-site past the removal deadline without prior written authorization will be deemed abandoned.
Payment Liability: Abandonment or delayed pick-up does not release you from payment obligations. All invoices must be paid in full by the end of the regular scheduled removal period, and your card on file will be charged regardless of whether the property has been retrieved.
Transfer of Ownership & Risk: Once an item has been paid for and picked up, ownership transfers to the buyer. The buyer assumes all risk of loss, damage, or liability from that moment forward, including while on the sale premises.
All items are sold strictly "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with no warranties, express or implied, and no refunds will be given.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
