Important Pickup Information - Please Read Carefully!
We want your pickup experience to be as seamless as possible. Please take note of the following, especially regarding the multi-split level nature of this home:
Bedroom Furniture: If your winning bids include bedroom furniture, please be aware that these items are located on a level that requires navigating one flight of stairs down to reach the main level. From there, you'll exit through the front door onto a large, covered open landing that conveniently runs along the side of the house, leading directly to the driveway for easy loading.
Family Room Furnishings: For those who snagged the comfy leather love seat, sofa, or other family room furnishings, you have a couple of options for retrieval:
You can move these items up one flight of stairs to the main level and out the front door.
Alternatively, these items can be taken out the patio door and around the back yard to access the driveway. Please assess the size and weight of your items to determine the most manageable route.
Rugs (Lower Level Basement): The beautiful rugs you've won are located in the lower level basement. Please note that accessing these items will require navigating two flights of stairs.
Important Considerations for Bulky Items:
We want to ensure your safety and the integrity of your purchases. If you have acquired any large or heavy items, we strongly recommend enlisting the help of professional movers.

No Loading or moving Assistance Provided by Auction Staff:
Please remember that our on-site team will not be able to provide loading assistance. Buyers are solely responsible for bringing their own adequate labor, tools, truck, or other suitable vehicle for the safe and efficient transport of their purchased items, unless you have made prior arrangements with a professional moving service like EZ Breezy Movers.

Removal
o You must schedule a pickup time for the date specified in the "Removal" tab above unless you choose to have your lot(s) shipped.
· Use the K-Bid removal scheduler found on your K-Bid "Manage Invoice" page, under "Actions" tab: "3. Upcoming Removal Schedule."
o You may need to display your paid invoice on your phone for the removal of your items.
· NVES may require the buyer to present a form of identification at the time of pickup.
o Come prepared to remove your items.
· Bring suitable bags or boxes to pack and carry your items. The auctioneer does not provide packing materials or boxes.
· You must bring helpers if purchasing furniture or other large or bulky items. Plan for the necessary assistance, equipment, and tools for removal and transport. Nostalgic Vibes’ employees do not provide lifting or moving help.
o Make sure that you leave the pickup site with your entire purchase. NVES is not responsible if you leave something behind.
o The buyer is responsible for any damage to the premises caused by the buyer’s removal of their items.
o You release Nostalgic Vibes Estate Sales, LLC from any liability for damage or injury that may occur on the pickup site.
Unclaimed Winnings
Forfeiture: You forfeit your winnings if you pay your K-Bid invoice, but you:
Storage: We cannot guarantee storage of unclaimed items past the removal deadline. If we do choose to store your items, a late removal service fee and trip charge will apply.
Condition of items offered for sale
NVES offers every auction item in “as is” condition, without guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items before purchase. There are NO refunds, NO returns.

Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).
Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
NVES ships and insures your shipped items via Shipping Saint.
DETERMINE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY BEFORE YOU BID.
If you won’t be able to pick up your winnings on the scheduled date, before you bid on a lot, make sure that it’s shippable. Shippable lots show “Shipping: Yes” on the K-BID website lot description.
If any item on your invoice is not shippable, you do not have a shipping option for any items—you must pick up all your winnings.
If you win an item ineligible for shipping and cannot pick it up on the scheduled removal day, no refunds will be available.
CHOOSING TO SHIP YOUR SHIPPABLE WINNINGS
As the winning bidder with no item ineligible for shipping, you must choose either pickup or shipping on your K-Bid "Manage Invoice" page, first section under the "Actions" tab. If you have any item ineligible for shipping, you must schedule a pickup time for all your winnings.
After selecting shipping, you must pay your K-BID invoice online no later than the closing time for pickups. If you do not pay your invoice by that time, your invoice will be marked as "No Show" and your items will not be processed for shipping. We recommend that you immediately pay your K-BID invoice online.
PAYMENT FOR SHIPPING
After you have paid for your items on K-BID, Shipping Saint will email a separate invoice for shipping within fifteen days from the last day for removals. Your shipping invoice is payable by the day following receipt.
SHIPPING TERMS
Shipping Saints’ discounted shipping rates depend on the size, weight, insurable value, what goes into packing the item(s), and the destination. Shipping rates cannot be calculated until the items are sized, packed, and weighed. The shipping charge is all-inclusive of shipping, handling, and insurance. We will combine small lots if feasible.
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification and a tracking number (if available). Items are sent out on average within 3-5 business days of payment of the shipping invoice.

o By bidding in this auction, the winning bidder agrees to pay the invoice that appears on their dashboard at the end of the auction, which includes
· a 15% BUYER’S PREMIUM (15% BP) calculated on the winning bid price (excluding sales tax and shipping cost), and
· applicable sales taxes.
The bidder is obligated to NVES for their invoice(s) amounts.
o Buyers must pay their invoice(s) via K-BID online after the auction by CREDIT CARD upon receipt of an invoice.
** You must pay for your lot(s) by the close of the time scheduled for pickups, or your lots will be subject to forfeiture even if you have requested shipping,
No Show consequences
We process an unpaid invoice at the close of the pickup schedule as a No Show. The No Show buyer forfeits their winning bid. A buyer with an unpaid invoice incurs penalties imposed by K-BID, including possible suspension of bidding privileges.
All lots forfeited by non-payment of the K-Bid invoice remain the seller’s property; the next-highest bidder has no claim to undelivered lots.
The removal date is Sunday, April 27, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you do not select shipping on your "Manage Invoice" page, you will need to schedule your pickup under the "Actions" tab. Pay your invoice using the same tab. We do not accept credit cards or checks at the removal site.
