If you are requesting shipping:
On your Bidder Dashboard invoice you will now have the option to request shipping on eligible lots. If you indicate shipping needed it will notify us through the K-BID system and we will add the shipping fee to your invoice. A chat message will be sent to you when the invoice has shipping added and is ready to be paid online.
A handling fee of $5 and actual shipping fee will be added to all invoices after processed by our shipper.
If you pay your invoice prior to shipping fee being added to your invoice we will call you or send you a separate invoice.
If you are picking item up:
Indicate your preferred payment method (in person or online), and schedule your removal appointment.

As always items will not be shipped until lot and shipping have been paid for.

INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.

You now have the option to request shipping via the invoice on your buyer dashboard or letting us know you will be picking up. Please utilize this feature. If you reach out before paying for the initial invoice, we can add the shipping total to your invoice to pay all at once.
All lots will be shipped to name and address on invoice. Please verify your address.
If you want Glass and Breakable Items Shipped, please be aware Glass Breakage is NOT COVERED. While we do our best, AMERICAN AUCTIONS can not guarantee the safety of the items and no refund will be issued.
If you are requesting shipping of your winning lots please do not pay your invoice until shipping and handling has been added to your invoice.
All invoices must be paid for prior to shipping.
