If your item is large, note that it will most likely be an oversized package.

As with all K-BID.com auctions, the Buyer is responsible to inspect All items prior to Bidding. Bidder's responsibility to test all electrical items(we will as facility check items when we can and list in description). We encourage you to come on inspection day to see these items (if you can't make inspection day give us a call. We'd be happy to set up a time that works for you).
Items must be paid for by the removal date, we are not a storage facility.. Any item(s) not picked up on the scheduled day will not be held by the KAC unless arrangements were made WITHIN 24 Hours of auction close.Late removal appointments will require an additional charge of $20.00 payable when picking up item(s) and before they are removed from facility.
Please note: Item removal is the responsibility of the buyer and is done at the buyer's risk. Staff will help in locating items but are not responsible for getting items loaded into vehicles. Buyers are responsible for bringing a vehicle large enough to accommodate items, and help for neatly removing and loading your items if needed, as well as any boxes/rachets/securing materials that are needed.

Any items that have been paid for and not picked up on scheduled removal day will be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been made with Kyle or Becky within 24 hours of auction close.

Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.

Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.

At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.

Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.

Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.

Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.

Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

~Buyer is responsible for Handling ($8 per lot ) AND the actual cost of shipping. If you purchase multiple lots or coins, we will take in to consideration reducing Handling fees we appreciate you bidding) All Shipping on Firearms is done through ZT, Kandiyohi, MN and we will get bidders their information when needed.

~All shipping for auction is done week after removal and charged separately from invoice. We only ship one day per week /You will need to provide a Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa Only) over the phone to cover the cost of shipping/handling. This charge will be ran the day your item is shipped.

~ Items that are Paid, but NOT picked up or do NOT have a Shipping Request by the end of the scheduled removal will be considered abandoned and become property of K.A.C. Storage/Incovenience fees may occur.

~ Shipping typically has $100 insurance coverage (coins/currency exempt), if you wish for your shipment to have additional insurance, Buyer must Request this. We have tracking numbers on hand once shipped and can be provided at buyer’s request.

~ Please make sure your Contact Information is Up to Date on your Account, if a package is returned undeliverable to incomplete address on your invoice, buyer responsible for cost to reship and additional handling fee to correct issue.

~If you do not pick up your items on removal day, and we do not receive a shipping or relocate request, you will forfeit your item(s) even if you paid your invoice!
