Buyers must bring any assistance needed as well as their own tools or equipment necessary to aid with the transport and removal process. A.L.A. is not responsible for damages during removal.
Accepted payment methods: cash, major credit cards, PayPal, cashier's checks, money orders, or personal checks under $100 with valid ID.
Unpaid items at the removal deadline will be deemed "no-show" and abandoned. A.L.A. cannot guarantee item availability past the removal deadline and cannot accommodate alternate removal times. A.L.A. is not liable for missing items after the scheduled removal.
A minimum $20 transfer-relocate fee applies to authorized removals outside scheduled times. For refunds due to improper listings, items must be returned within one week of removal. Adjustments cannot be made once sellers are paid. This is an auction, not a retail store.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the winning bidder upon full payment. If a winner pays but doesn't collect assets by the removal deadline, assets are considered abandoned and ownership reverts to A.L.A.
By leaving the auction site, the buyer confirms all items were properly loaded and releases A.L.A. from any missing item claims.

By placing a bid on K-BID.com, bidders are verifying they are at least 18 years old and acknowledging they understand and will comply with both the K-BID.com website terms and the auction specific terms. Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).
Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

All shipping requests MUST be made a MINIMUM of 1 hour PRIOR to the scheduled end time on the day of the auctions removal.
All auction invoices MUST be PAID online PRIOR to making a request for shipping.

Make sure to provide complete and accurate information when filling out the form. Do not leave any spaces blank. By submitting a request with Incomplete/Missing information, you run the risk of forfeiting your items as we will not process incomplete requests or requests missing required information

A NEW form is required for EACH and EVERY auction you would like to have shipped. You can NOT submit one request for multiple auctions.
As our Shipping Department receives each completed request, you will be sent a separate invoice via email through SQUARE. This invoice is your SHIPPING INVOICE.
The shipping invoice will provide you with the name of the auction as well as the shipping and handling fees to ship the item(s) for the auction.
We will do our best to combine auction shipments to provide you the lowest possible rate.
AFTER the separate shipping invoice has been PAID, your request will then be processed for shipment.
We ONLY ship ONE day per week.
If your shipping invoice is paid prior to the weekly shipments cut off, we will do our best to get your items out at that time.
Unpaid shipping invoices or delays in paying your shipping invoice may put your items on the next weeks shipment.
There can be an 8-10 day lead time From the time a request is made until the carrier picks up the packages and activates the tracking number.

Shippable items are limited to items fitting into a box where the average sized individual can conveniently lift and prepare for shipment without needing assistance as well as within the guidelines set by our carriers.
If your item is too large or too heavy, we will NOT ship it. This is where we ask you to use common sense based on the information provided in the previous paragraph.
WE only SHIP within the continental USA while BASED ON SpeeDee Delivery, UPS, USPS, A Freight Carrier or OUR IN HOUSE CARRIER and are GENERALLY limited to those valued UNDER $1000.00).
