**Buyer is responsible for and MUST provide their OWN personal assistance for lifting along with any equipment, tools or other supplies that may be necessary to aid in the removal  process.

 

**Items will NOT be available beyond the end of the SCHEDULED REMOVAL DAY, and there are NO ALTERNATE days to pick up your items. If you are UNABLE to make the SCHEDULED REMOVAL, SEND SOMEONE to pick up your items for you.

 

**Items that are not PAID for by the end of the scheduled removal will be considered a "no-show" and abandoned.

 

At time of winning and bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss passes immediately to the bidder.

If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full, but does not take possession of the assets by the end the scheduled removal, the assets will be considered abandoned and ownership with risk of loss, will transfer to A.L.A.   

 

A.L.A is not liable for ANY MISSING ITEMS after the scheduled removal. It is the BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY to double check their lots BEFORE LEAVING the auction site!!

 

We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone, PayPal, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders or Personal Checks under $100.00 with a valid ID.    

 

Any eligible and pre-authorized removals from one location to another will be subject to a MINIMUM $20.00 transfer-relocate fee.  DO NOT ASSUME that we will recognize your name or buying habits and relocate your items from one location to another as this is NOT how it works.  

 

If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case.

If we feel a refund is in order, the item(s) in question will need to be returned to us within one week of removal.  

Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments.

 

Prior to bidding, please remember this is an auction, not a retail store.

Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.

Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled.  Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.

Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.

At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.

Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.  

In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.

Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes.  If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice. 

Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.

Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

A new shipping request is REQUIRED for EACH individual auction you would like to have shipped.

 

Be sure to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information or you run the risk of forfeiting your items!

AFTER your auction invoice has been paid and you have submit your request,  our Shipping Department will email your SHIPPING INVOICE through SQUARE, which will specify the auction(s) it pertains to. 

 

After your Shipping Invoice has been paid, your request will be prepared and added to the next shipment.

 

We ONLY ship with each of our carriers once per week.

 

TRACKING NUMBERS DO NOT ACTIVATE UNTIL THE PACKAGE IS PICKED UP BY THE CARRIER. 

THERE IS GENERALLY AN 8-10 DAY LEAD FROM THE TIME A SHIPPING REQUEST IS MADE, BEFORE THE CARRIER ACTIVATES A TRACKING NUMBER.

 

MANY ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION ARE NOT ABLE TO BE SHIPPED or can not be shipped ECONOMICALLY! 

 

Ship-able items are considered those that will fit in a box convenient for ONE PERSON to carry without assistance or strain.

 

WE SHIP BASED ON SpeeDee Delivery, UPS, USPS, A Freight Carrier or OUR IN HOUSE CARRIER and are GENERALLY limited to those UNDER $1000.00). 

 

We will do our best to combine shipping on multiple items/auctions to provide the best value. 

 

The $25.00 minimum fee, covers most standard size packages, within most delivery areas, as well as the time and labor required to prepare the shipment. 

 

 

Larger or heavier packages may be eligible to secure on a pallet for an additional fee of $30.00 (or higher). At which time, the BUYER would be responsible to arrange for a carrier for their pallet shipment (Spee Dee LTL is a good service). 

When paying online please let the cashier know that you have paid online at the removal.

 

Shipping requests must be made A MINIMUM of ONE HOUR PRIOR to the end of the auctions scheduled removal....ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID ONLINE,  before a shipping request is made.
