IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS, SEND SOMEONE IN YOUR ABSENCE AS WE WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE ALTERNATE REMOVAL DATES/TIMES OUTSIDE THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL LISTED IN EACH AUCTION.
**Buyer is responsible for providing their own help needed to aid in removal, any tools needed for removal, as well as sufficient equipment for transporting their item(s) from the removal site.
**At time of winning and bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss passes immediately to the bidder.
**If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full, but does not take possession of the assets by the end the scheduled removal, the assets will be considered abandoned and ownership with risk of loss, will transfer to A.L.A.
**By leaving the auction site, buyer agrees that all lots were acceptbly loaded and releases A.L.A from any claim if missing items.
**Auctioneer, Asset Liquidation Auctions, and / or removal location owner are not liable for damages during removal.
**Items that are not PAID for by the end of the scheduled removal will be considered a "no-show" and abandoned.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case.
If we feel a refund is in order, the item(s) in question will need to be returned to us within one week of removal.
Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments.
Remember this is an auction, not a retail store.

By placing a bid on K-BID.com, bidders are verifying they are at least 18 years old and acknowledging they understand and will comply with both the K-BID.com website terms and the auction specific terms. Bidders MUST NOT share their password or account information with anyone. Bidders are responsible for bids placed on their account.
Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).
Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

After you have paid your auction invoice online, fill out the SHIPPING REQUEST form using the link below by copying and pasting into a new browser window.

A new request form MUST be made for EACH individual auction. Make sure to fill out ALL spaces on the request form using complete and accurate information. You will not get a conformation email. You will get an email from Square stating how much to pay and how to pay it.
Shipping takes time to send and receive requests, get them paid, package the items and wait for the carrier. This whole process could take up to 3 weeks before you see your items, if you need the items sooner, please pick them up on removal day.
For onsite auctions in rare emergency instances and a $20.00 minimum fee you can have your items relocated to the Hutchinson Warehouse at 540 3rd Ave. Using the link above put relocate on the address line instead of your address. You will be expected to pick it up on the next Tuesday or Wed. between 10am and 4pm. Be sure and mention that your items had been relocated and which auction it was. Please fill out the form at least one hour prior to the end of the removal time. We need time to find your lots, pack and load them up.
If we do not hear from you either with a shipping request or a relocate request and you do not pick up your items on the day and time that is listed for each auction, you forfeit the lot(s) even if you paid your invoice and no refunds will be given under any circumstance. If you do not pay your invoice it is automatically a "No Show" and your bidding privileges will end. We have provided options for you if you are having trouble getting to the site to avoid this so no excuses will be tolerated.
Your shipping invoice will reflect the auction it pertains to. After the Shipping Invoice has been paid, your items will be added to the next shipment. Which will be the following week towards the end of the week. If you dont pay the invoice in a timely manner your items may have to wait another week to get on the next shipment so please keep an eye on your email for the invoice. If you do not get an invoice with in a week then text us and let us know. If you did not fill out a request form before the end of the removal time chances are your items will not be available. This applies to onsite auctions as well as in house auctions. It is extremely important that you fill it out for onsite auctions before the end of removal time because that is when we leave the site and take with us the requests that came through. We do not know that you want shipping unless you tell us, then we will transport your items to the warehouse and ship them.
Ship-able items are considered those that will fit in a box convenient for ONE PERSON to carry without assistance or strain. We will not ship extremely large or heavy items.
While keeping within the size guidelines of each Carrier, Larger or heavier packages might be eligible to secure on a pallet for an additional fee of $25.00 (or higher). At which time, the BUYER would be responsible to arrange for a carrier for their pallet shipment (Spee Dee LTL is a good service).
Using the guidelines above, PLEASE USE COMMON SENSE when submitting a shipping request. Please note that we only ship one day per week and will only ship within the 48 continental United States.
We ship based on Spee Dee Delivery, UPS, USPS, A Freight Carrier or IN HOUSE CARRIER and are generally limited to those UNDER $1000.00 WHILE STAYING WITHIN THE SIZE GUIDELINES (which may vary per carrier).
Our $20.00 minimum fee covers the expense of an individual lot, a standard size package as well as the time and labor required to prepare it. We will do our best to combine lots for shipping whenever possible, to provide the best savings.
Items that are paid, yet not picked up or have a Shipping Request by the end of the scheduled removal, will be considered abandoned and become property of A.L.A.
When paying online please let the cashier know that you have paid online at the removal.
