**It is the sole responsibility of all buyers to pick their items ON THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL DAY within the advertised time specifed for each auction. 

In the event a buyer is unable to pick up their items on removal day, it is the buyers responsibility to make arrangements to send someone in their absence.

 

**A.L.A. CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY FOR ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NOT PICKED UP BY THE END OF THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL** 

 

A.L.A. is UNABLE to accommodate alternate dates/times outside those listed for removal, please don't ask.

 

**It is the sole responsibility of each buyer to bring the necessary tools and/or persons they may need to assist them with the removal process, as well as bringing a sufficient vehicle/equipment to transport their item(s) from the removal site.

 

**At time of winning, after an invoice has been PAID IN FULL, ownership of the asset(s) along with the risk of loss, pass immediately to the buyer.

 

**Invoices that were paid in full yet the buyer has not take possession of by the end time on the scheduled removal date, will be considered abandoned while the ownership with risk of loss, will defer back to A.L.A.   

 

**Items that are not PAID for by the end of the scheduled removal will be considered a "no-show" and abandoned.

 

**By leaving the auction site, buyer agrees that all lots were as described, and acceptably loaded therefore releases A.L.A from any claims of incomplete, incorrect or missing items.**

 

If you feel a item was not listed properly, you must bring the issue to the attention of our staff on removal day.

 

**Auctioneer, Asset Liquidation Auctions, and /or removal location owner are not liable for damages during removal.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid on this auction, you are agreeing to the auction specific terms listed on this page in additions to the K-BID user terms and agreements.

By placing a bid on K-BID.com, bidders are verifying they are at least 18 years old and acknowledging they understand and will comply with both the K-BID.com website terms and the auction specific terms. Bidders MUST NOT share their password or account information with anyone. Bidders are responsible for bids placed on their account.

Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).

Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.

Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled.  Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.

Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.

At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.

Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.  

In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.

Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes.  If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice. 

Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.

Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

 *  After you have paid your auction invoice online, please fill out the SHIPPING REQUEST FORM by  copying and pasting the link into a new browser window.

*  A new request form MUST be made for EACH Individual Auction. 

Please fill out ALL spaces on the request form using complete and accurate information. 

 

Shipments valued $100.00 and higher, are subject to a non-negotiable $10.00 MINIMUM  insurance charge IN ADDITION TO the shipment cost.

 

Once your request has been processed, you will receive a SHIPPING INVOICE, via email from Square for the shipping charges.  Your shipping invoice will reflect the auction it pertains to.  Shipping invoices are due upon receipt.

 

 

After the Shipping Invoice has been paid, your items will be added to the next shipment.  Packages will  NOT BE SHIPPED until the shipping invoice has been paid. 

 

Please note that we only ship one day per week and will only ship within the 48 continental United States.

 

From the time you win an auction, request shipping and pay your shipping invoice,  there may be a 3 week time lapse before your item(s) arrive.

 

If you need your items sooner, please be sure to pick them up on removal day.

 

 

 Ship-able items will contain a green delivery truck on the auctions listing.  These items are considered those that will fit in a box convenient for ONE PERSON to carry without assistance or strain.

 Non ship-able items will have a red delivery truck deeming them NOT ship-able.  We will not ship oversized or heavy items.

 

 Using the guidelines above, PLEASE CHECK THE AUCTION DETAILS FOR EACH ITEM AND USE COMMON SENSE when submitting a shipping request. 

 

 Items that are paid, yet not picked up or do not have a Shipping/Relocate Request by the end of the scheduled removal, will be considered abandoned and become property of A.L.A.

 

 

 To request the RELOCATE service, please use shipping request link above and type RELOCATE in place of your shipping address.

 

 

* Requests to RELOCATE items from one A.L.A. facility to another OR requests to have your items brought to the warehouse from one of our OFFSITE or ESTATE auctions are subject to a MINIMUM and NON-NEGOTIABLE  $20 relocate fee.

 

Relocated items must be picked from our Hutchinson Warehouse the following Tuesday or Wednesday between 10am-5pm during our standard weely removal.  Be sure to have your bidder number ready and pick-up and be sure to inform our staff you are there to pick up items you had requested to be RELOCATED.

 

PLEASE NOTE!! 

Relocations are ONLY available for items that will fit in a COMPACT CAR.  Keep in mind, you may not be the only buyer requesting the relocate service, and will most likely need to accompany items from other requests.

 

If you do not pick up your items on removal day, and we do not receive a shipping or relocate request, you will forfeit your item(s) even if you paid your invoice! 

ALL relocate requests MUST be made using the same method indicated. DO NOT assume our staff will "recognize your name" and automatically relocate your items.  It is YOUR responsibility to make a request if desired.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  We will not entertain any refund requests or demands under any circumstances pertaining to a buyer not reading, or by neglecting to follow directions.
