Suhie Buildings are designed for heavy commercial, agricultural and industrial use.

From the heavy steel galvanized frame to unique dual cover tensioning system, the building is heavy duty from front to back. Typical uses include large workshop areas, animal protection, long term jobsite storage, and multiple truck or car storage.

Completely packaged and ready for quick assembly, the frame is the heaviest available in single tube construction. All frame components are made from heavy galvanized materials. Main Cover, Door, and All Fabrics are made from Long-Life UV Resistant, Fire Retardant Polyethylene with woven backing.

All fabric components feature heat-welded seam construction. Unit features a unique dual cover tensioning system that allows quick adjustment both front-to-back and side-to-side.

Wind release flaps on both sides allow for wind absorption.Long lasting cover design provides for run-off of rain, or melting snow, to avoid water getting in through the perimeter of the cover.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT AND DETERMINE SUITABILITY FOR USE

 

It is the responsibility of buyers to inspect an item prior to bidding in order to assess the items operational condition, and suitability for use. Seller's contact information and location of the item will be provided with the listing description of each item for sale. Potential Bidders should contact the seller for the exact location of an item, along with directions, and inspect the item before bidding. In no event does failure to contact the seller or failure to inspect an item prior to bidding serve as grounds for collapsing the sale, rescinding the transaction, or requesting a rebate or refund.

FAILURE TO INSPECT

Failure to inspect an item prior to bidding is not ground for a dispute, refusal to pay or refusal to take possession of the purchased item. 

EQUIPMENT REMOVAL

Buyer agrees to remove purchase from seller’s location within removal days of winning the bid. Transportation, and any and all costs associated, will be borne by the buyer. Should buyer fail to remove purchase within the specified period of time, seller may charge a storage fee of $25 per day until purchase is removed from seller’s location. All such charges shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer or the buyer’s agent is responsible for arriving with a paid in full invoice and the appropriate equipment to safely transport the item purchased. If the transportation equipment to be used is viewed as unsafe, the buyer or the buyer’s agent may be turned away without the item, at the buyer’s expense. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless seller and its agents against all damages, liabilities, claims, or causes of action arising out of said property storage and removal.

 

LOADING

 

We assist with loading via forklift ONLY ! We do not provide any physical assistance with loading . You must bring appropriate equipment (trailers / trucks etc.) for removal of items. All loading is at our discretion. Most items are Prepacked for National Shipping. Any garbage left over (either on the ground or in our bins) will be charged at $50.00 fee. 

Red Tag Industries and staff won't responsible for any damages to your item(s) or vehicle if you need loading assistance with forklift

Please confirm with our rep what trailer/equipment you will need to bring with you to pick up your items. Our warehouse staff won't provide any physical loading assistance.

REMOVAL

 

All items must be shipped or picked up within the Removal Schedule of purchase .

 

No credits / refunds / reimbursements will be given for items deemed abandoned / forfeited.

If you can't make it to your pick up date please call to reschedule your pick up otherwise there will be a $10 fee to reschedule if you miss your pick up date and don't call.

We offer multiple payment options: Credit card (up to $1500.00) by phone or (up to $5000.00) online through your K-Bid account paying through PayTrace, wire transfer, cashier's check, and cash (all cash need to be exact change).  Invoices over $1,500.00 CANNOT be paid via credit card over the phone.  Please be advised that your bank or credit card company may charge you a wire transfer fee or foreign transaction fee, that is your responsibility (For Customers outside of USA).

Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).

Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.

Same day appointments are subject to a $25.00 fee, payable prior to booking.  This applies if you call to make your appointment prior to showing up.  However, if your pick-up hasn’t been scheduled, and YOU SHOW UP AT THE WAREHOUSE FOR YOUR PRODUCT UNANNOUNCED, A $50.00 CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  That must be paid prior to your product being released to you.

FET on new SEMI TRUCK TIRES.  Federal Excise Tax is due on all NEW Virgin Tires Semi Truck tires. Fees are LISTED in the bottom of the Listing.

In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified.
