Please review the pick-up schedule BEFORE bidding to ensure you are available or can sendsomeone in your place to pick up your items. If you are bidding, you acknowledge that you
are aware of the pick-up date and time, and it is not our responsibility to send reminders. We do our best to send reminder texts and phone calls when needed.
PACKING MATERIALS:
No packing materials including boxes are provided. Customers are responsible to make sure they have all their items before leaving the pick-up/auction site. We are not responsible for
items forgotten or left behind.
LARGE ITEMS: Staff is unable to assist in the removal of any items including larger furniture.
Please bring appropriate help and an appropriately sized vehicle!
NO SHOWS: After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as
NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the
affiliate’s discretion.
NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account locked down by K-BID
and penalty fees may be incurred to have an account reinstated.
SHIPPING:
If an item is offered as shippable, we will bring the item to a third-party shipping company for you. We have
no control over the fees they may charge. There are factors that will greatly increase the rate including the
size and weight. i.e. Artwork is expensive to ship because of the size, not the weight.
If you would like you would like your item shipped and you are local, please follow the below:
1. Invoice for all items to be shipped must be PAID IN FULL. We will not ship if unpaid.
2. Text 651-900-2784 with your name, bidder number and the auction title stating please ship my items.
WE MUST HAVE NOTIFICATION BEFORE THE PICKUP TIME CLOSES.
3. We will typically ship by UPS/USPS within three days of the pickup/removal date.

A $25 appointment fee will be charged for any appointments for pickup outside the stated removal date/time.
You must notify us of your intention to pick-up outside the scheduled removal dates by end of the scheduled removal period.
Payment is always required during the removal period.

Once a bid is placed, you are obligated to purchase if you are the winning bidder. Removal Day is not the time to "Change your mind" or decide you "Really don't like it". Failure to purchase for any reason will result in your bidder number being disabled and pending bids cancelled.

Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).
Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

Shipping is available on most items.
Shipping will be LTL outside the Minnesota Twin Cities. Deliveries will use a 3rd party contractor.
Shipping cost may vary based on distance and time frame.
BOTH THE AUCTION ITEM AND THE FREIGHT COST MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ITEM(S) CAN BE SHIPPED.
