All items are used, unless otherwise stated. Used items can be expected to show signs of wear, including light scratches, dents and scrapes.
We do our best to note and photo unusual wear or damage.
All items are available for inspection by appointment before auction close.

Items MAY NOT include cables, adapters, or other accessories unless shown in the photos or stated in the description. Do not place bids on items you do not wish to purchase.
Sale items are sold “as is, where is”. MC SALES is not responsible for any omissions or errors in the description of items being offered for sale.
Photos are merely representative of the items and may not be relied upon for disclosure of all defects.ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
MC SALES reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to reject any and/or all bids considered as not in its best interest.
Winning bidders assume responsibility for all applicable taxes and fees.
Buyers exempt from paying tax must present a copy of their Tax Exemption Certificate.
Pick Up Instructions:
Once an auction closes there are two ways to retrieve your items. The first is to show up in person on the removal date. If you choose this option, your items can be paid for in either cash or credit. See auction for removal times. The second way is to request shipping for your item.
If you choose the shipping option, follow the steps below.
1. email info@mcsalesmn.com the following information
a). Bidder # of your account
b). The desired shipping address and any special instructions
2. Once we receive your email, you will be emailed an updated invoice that has your item and shipping cost combined. If you have already paid your invoice online you will just receive an invoice for the shipping cost alone from Square.
3. Pay the invoice in your email inbox and that will notify our shipping team to get it packed up and sent out! PICK UP ALL items at : 133 5th Street North Breckenridge MN 56520 - See pick up times, call us on the designated removal date if you can NOT make it during pick up times and we will do our best to accommodate.
Removal MUST happen on the dates and times indicated unless other arrangements have been made. All no shows will be reported unless you communicate with us prior to the removal date. A $5 storage fee will be added for each day an item is left here past the removal date unless prior arrangements have been made.
Items must be claimed and paid for in full within 5 business days from the date of the award.
If not paid AND claimed, MC SALES reserves the right to auction, in its sole discretion, any such items after the 5-day period. Payments can be made online through square via the K-BID website or by cash/credit in person.
Please bring an appropriate size vehicle and help to load large items. A LARGE TV or DATA rack will NOT fit in your Prius, so please read the size and dimension we post for items so you are not surprised when you get here. Removal is very easy at our site as you can park very close to where the products are located.
**Additional inspections times can be made available if necessary.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid on this auction, you are agreeing to the auction specific terms listed on this page in additions to the K-BID user terms and agreements.

By placing a bid on K-BID.com, bidders are verifying they are at least 18 years old and acknowledging they understand and will comply with both the K-BID.com website terms and the auction specific terms. Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).
Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

1. Email or call us at info@mcsalesmn.com or 218-522-8555, and we can add the shipping to your invoice before you pay it on K-BID's dashboard.
2. Email info@mcsalesmn.com with the title: SHIPPING. Please provide your bidder number, auction number, invoice number, verified shipping address, and the lots you've purchased. ( Please allow us some time to reply since we must first take care of in-person pickups and request shipping rates from the carrier.
3. You will receive an invoice for shipping costs via email through Square. The shipping cost will include a $12 per lot handling fee in addition to the actual shipping cost. This will not ship until the invoice is paid.
