In the event a buyer is unable to pick up their items on removal day, it is the buyer's responsibility to make arrangements to send someone in their absence.

Removal dates and times are posted in every auction. We are UNABLE to acommodate alternate dates/times outside those listed, please do no ask.
**It is the sole responsibility of each buyer to bring the necessary physical assistance and/or tools to aid with the removal process, including a sufficient vehicle/equipment to transport their item(s) from the removal site.
**At time of winning, after an invoice has been PAID IN FULL, ownership of the asset(s) along with the risk of loss, pass immediately to the buyer.
**Invoices that were paid in full yet the buyer has not take possession of by the end time on the scheduled removal date, will be considered abandoned.
**Items that are not PAID for by the end of the scheduled removal will be considered a "no-show" and abandoned.
**By leaving the auction site, buyer agrees that all lots were as described, and acceptably loaded releasing A.L.A from any claims of incomplete, incorrect or missing items.**
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you must bring the issue to the attention of our staff on removal day. All items are sold AS-IS Where Is. If you have questions please inspect the item PRIOR to bidding. No refunds will be issued after the item has left the removal site!

Remember this is an auction, not a retail store.
Any personal paperwork or photos mixed within a lot MUST be left at the auction site for review, and MAY POSSIBLY be able to be retrieved at a later date. In the extremely rare occurrence of an illegal or regulated item found within a lot, ALA will work with the buyer to secure and rectify the issue as necessary.
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid on this auction, you are agreeing to the auction specific terms listed on this page in additions to the K-BID user terms and agreements.
K-BID Online, Inc. (K-BID) is responsible for maintaining the K-BID.com website. K-BID.com serves as the venue used by independent auction companies (Affiliates) to present their online auctions to bidders.
K-BID’s role in the auctions listed on K-BID.com is limited to providing the venue for affiliate auctions. Affiliates are not employees, agents, representatives or partners of K-BID Online, Inc. K-BID’s knowledge about individual auctions and individual auction transactions is limited to the information appearing on the website.
By placing a bid on K-BID.com, bidders are verifying they are at least 18 years old and acknowledging they understand and will comply with both the K-BID.com website terms and the auction specific terms. Bidders MUST NOT share their password or account information with anyone. Bidders are responsible for bids placed on their account.
Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).
Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

Shipping Request Form MUST be filled out even if you have selected the shipping option when managing your invoice through your dashboard.

*Once your request is received, you will receive a seprate invoice for shipping via email. Please allow one week for your shipping invoice. This will be based on the size, weight and carrier for the shipment.
* Please note that we only ship one day per week and will only ship within the 48 continental United States.
* From the time you win an auction, request shipping and pay your shipping invoice, there may be up to a 3 week time lapse before your item(s) arrive.
We will not ship frozen or refrigerated items.
* Items that are paid, but not picked up or do not have a Shipping/Relocate Request by the end of the scheduled removal will be considered abandoned and become property of A.L.A.
* Shipments valued $100.00 and higher, are subject to an insurance charge with the carrier IN ADDITION TO the shipment cost.
Ship-able items will contain a green delivery truck on the auctions listing. These items are considered those that will fit in a box convenient for ONE PERSON to carry without assistance or strain. (Unless those items exceed our terms)
Non ship-able items will have a red delivery truck deeming them NOT ship-able. We will not ship oversized or heavy items.
If you do not pick up your items on removal day, and we do not receive a shipping or relocate request, you will forfeit your item(s) even if you paid your invoice!
ALL relocate requests MUST be made using the same method indicated. DO NOT assume our staff will "recognize your name" and automatically relocate your items. It is YOUR responsibility to make a request if desired.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not entertain any refund requests or demands under any circumstances pertaining to buyers not reading, or by neglecting to follow directions.
When paying online please let the cashier know that you have paid online at the removal.
