IMPORTANT AUCTION INFORMATION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
1. Pick-Up Policy:
All titled assets must be picked up on the stated date and time unless prior arrangements are made.
You must remove all items in any lot you win, unless the lot specifically states otherwise.
Pick-up is only available on the advertised date. No alternate dates are provided. See the Terms tab for full auction details.
2. Payment Terms:
Cash preferred.
For invoices over $3,000, accepted forms of payment are:

Cash
Bank Wire Transfer ($35 wire fee)
For invoices under $3,000, you may pay online by debit or credit card.
No personal or business checks will be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Load-Out Requirements:
Bring your own tools, ladders (if necessary), and sufficient help to dismantle, move, and load your items.
Load-out is available only on the scheduled day.
4. Responsibility After Purchase:
It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect and verify all purchased items before leaving the auction site.
If an item is missing after you leave, there is nothing we can do.
If an item is confirmed to still be at the site, the bidder must return on the same pick-up day or arrange to pay for shipping (if offered).

No Early or Late Preview Or Remove will be allowed. The Only Preview time available is Displayed at the Bottom of each Bid Page for the Auction.
If our staff helps load an item(no heavy ones) tips are strongly encouraged. Many times staff are not available due to being to busy.
A Whiteford Auction Representative Must Be Present for Preview and Removal.
If we have a staff member available a minimum $75.00 Trip Charge will be charged to bidder that Requires a Staff Member to Return to the Sale Site Before or after the Preview or Removal Times. Payable in cash. This DOES NOT MEAN we will allow you to come a day other then the date given for removal.
As with all K-BID.com Auctions, The Buyer is responsible Inspecting All items prior to Bidding and Safe, Neat Removal and Loading of the Items. Bidders responsibility to test all electrical items.
Please bring Help, Tools and the Proper size equipment or Vehicle to Haul your items. Auction Staff is available Onsite to Help FIND Your Items. They Are NOT FREE Loading Labor!!! DO NOT show up without help to move and load your items.
Bring your own help to move and load all items. "If" there is auction staff available a Fee of $50.00 per Item to be paid at our cash table. If it's heavy(over 60lbs) we can't help. Auction staff is usualy not available so please plan on bringing your own help. Bring your own help and equipment to remove.
Items must be paid for by the pick up date. Any item(s) not picked up on the scheduled day will not be held by the auctioneer unless arrangements were made before auction close. Most auctions are held on-site at our client's location so we will not take responsibility for items not picked up on the scheduled date even if they were paid for.
PLEASE NOTE IT IS THE BIDDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING YOUR OWN HELP, TOOLS, DOLLIES & LADDERS TO REMOVE, DISASSEMBLE IF NECESSARY & LOAD ANY ITEM YOU WIN. IT IS ALSO THE BIDDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT ALL ITEMS AT THE AUCTION INSPECTION. IT IS THE BIDDERS RESPOSIBILTY AFTER PAYING FOR YOUR ITEMS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS THERE. THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO AFTER YOU HAVE LEFT THE AUCTION SITE AND CAN'T FIND AN ITEM. IF FOR SOME REASON THE ITEM WAS STILL AT THE AUCTION SITE THE BIDDER WILL NEED TO COME BACK AND PICK IT UP OR PAY TO HAVE IT SHIPPED.
We always do our best to show pics of any issue but sometimes it is not in the description. If you did not come to the inspection(even if you don't live close) and you find out something about your item on piclk up day even if it is missed in the photo or description, don't expect a refund. We do our best to give you as much information as possible so you can make a good buying decision. If Shipping is offered it is for small lots only (no "contents lots", large items, heavy items, or items that have or had gasoline or oil in them regardless if lot says shipping availble). Also we will not take apart items for shipping. PLEASE CALL Jeff at 612-590-3748 the day before pickup if you want your items shipped and "if" its is offered. We will be too busy the day of pickup to take your call and arrange for shipping so please call the day before.
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid on this auction, you are agreeing to the auction specific terms listed on this page in additions to the K-BID user terms and agreements.

By placing a bid on K-BID.com, bidders are verifying they are at least 18 years old and acknowledging they understand and will comply with both the K-BID.com website terms and the auction specific terms. Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).
Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Some auctions we don't offer shipping on. Please see information lot for shipping details. We can't ship or take credit card payment on any firearms, ammunition or foreign currency. Winning bidder is responsible for inspecting prior to purchase. Shipping for small lots only (no "contents lots", large items, heavy items, or items that have or had gasoline or oil in them regardless if lot says shipping available). Also we will not take apart items for shipping. PLEASE TEXT or CALL(text preferred) Jeff at 612-590-3748 the day before pickup if you want your items shipped. We will be too busy the day of pickup to take your call and arrange for shipping so please call the day before. Shipping may have a $10.00 courier fee plus shipping and handling cost from the UPS store. You will pay the UPS store directly for shipping and pay us for your auction item and the courier fee. All sold as is with no guarantees so please inspect. Please bring your own boxes to pack your items. We try our best to accurately describe every item however if there is a discrepancy between the lot pictures and the description we will use the description. Failure to pay for and pick up items may result in loss of bidding privileges.
Cash is always the preferred method no matter the amount as the cc fees charge so much. We also accept Bank Certified Cashiers Check for invoices over $2,000. We do accept credit cards as well but up to $3,000 only. We also accept bank wires and we charge a $35 fee to accept one.
