We offer local pickup and shipping options for winning bidders.
Local Pickup Information
Local pickup is available at our warehouse during the scheduled removal days. Appointments are required and must be made through the Manage Invoice page in the Invoice section of your bidder dashboard. The scheduled removal dates can be found at the bottom of each auction page.
Please note:
No pickups are allowed on Tuesdays
Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and forklifts are not available. Pallet jacks may be used, but you must bring help to load your items—we do not provide loading assistance
Verify all items before leaving. We will not check for missing items after pickup
We no longer offer LTL/pallet shipping or shipping of large items
Online payment is encouraged to help speed up the removal process
Shipping Instructions for Eligible Items
Only items marked as “shippable” are eligible for shipping. If your won items qualify, follow these steps:
Request Shipping:
Go to your bidder dashboard, open the Invoice section, and select “Manage Invoice”. Indicate that you'd like your items shipped.
Wait to Pay:
Do not pay your invoice right away. Within 24 hours, we’ll update your invoice to include the shipping fee so you can pay the full amount at once.
Confirm Shipping Details:
Before paying, email us at kbid@skygroupcloseouts.com with the following information to receive a shipping quote:
Name
Auction Number
Bidder Number
Lot Number(s)
Shipping Zip Code
Contact Phone Number
After Payment:
Once your invoice (including shipping) is paid, your item(s) will ship within 3 business days.
Already Paid?
If you’ve already paid your invoice online, a separate invoice for shipping will be sent via Square. Shipping invoices must be paid within 7 days to avoid a $10 late fee.

Attention Bidders:
No Appointment Needed: You may arrive any time between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM. There is no need to schedule an appointment.
Missed Appointments: Please do not call if you missed a previously scheduled appointment.

If you would like your item(s) shipped, you must send a confirmation email to: kbidthreedeals@gmail.com
This step is required even if you selected shipping on the K-BID website.
This confirmation helps us ensure that shipping was selected intentionally.
Items will not be shipped without an email confirmation.
