Last date payment will be accepted is Dec 19th at close of business. ALL INVOICES NOT PAID AT THAT TIME WILL BE MARKED NO SHOW WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Plan ahead.

All items are sold as is-where is. Bring carts, boxes and a helper, if needed. Employees will help you find your items but it is your responsibility to load them. Assistance loading with a telehandler is available.
Not all items are at ground level. Some are up a set of stairs. See lot description for info.
