Truly gorgeous fur - unique in that from the front it looks like a jacket and from the back it looks like a cape. Extremely well made and comfortable. It is fully lined with small front pockets. The mink is shiny and intact. The lining has come lose at the seam on the back right below the collar (easy fix) and there is light wear on the top of the pockets. It does not have a tag but I believe it best fits a size medium to large. Just as stylish today as it was 80 years ago! 26" from shoulder to hem.
If you like unconventional this dress is for you!
Classic bodice with lace
Long fitted sleeves ending in a point on top of hand
Two layers of tulle with partial lace ending in tulle overlay
Delicate button back and wrist detail
Waist 13", armpit to armpit 15", length 57"
*Pictured with hoop not included
Made by Youthcraft in the 1960's, this long coat is brocade in rich earth tones, has a matching tie belt, and alpaca fur at the neckline, wrists and hem. Fully lined and very heavy! You'll stay warm on even the coldest Minnesota day while still looking fashionable. Shoulder to hem is 40", underarm to underarm is 21". There are a couple of very small spots where the fur is coming off just a bit - not noticeable unless you look closely.
Wow! Now this is a fur coat. Custom made by Canadian designer Marilyn Blumer from muskrat, lamb, wool & leather. The different textures are pieced together to make an attractive and eye catching coat. I honestly am not sure if this is a women's, men's or unisex coat. It is somewhat like a cape and has "bat wing" sleeves. I do know that Marilyn Blumer pieces retailed for thousands of dollars in the 1980's. The tag says size medium, but this is a BIG coat! 53" from shoulder to hem, and approx. 36" across the back. There is a hole at the seam under the back collar. It isn't visible with the collar down and would be easily repaired.
This great coat features alternating panels of black leather and Karakul fur with a lighter color fur collar (I'm not sure what type) and black paisley lining. Made by Max Daniel Furs Philadelphia, PA, this vintage coat is a definite head turner! It also has front slash pockets. It is missing the belt and there is a small hole at the top of one sleeve and also at the front clasp. No size tag, but fits like a small.
Four full minks in different shades of brown. I believe these were used as collars/scarves.
They range from 17" to 22" long.
Beautiful, stylish and cozy...what more could you want? This coat has mixed shades of brown faux fur with rolled cuffs and collar edging, is fully lined and has front slash pockets. The tag says size small, but easy fits a medium as well. Great condition! 32" shoulder to hem, 24" underarm to underarm.
Fur collar/scarf the is made of 4 fur pieces with slots so you can pull one end through to form a collar. The hat is a headband style with a satin bow and netting. The netting does need to be replaced; a new net is included. I'm not sure what type of fur these are.
Brand new, never worn! (16) black natural diamonds are set in these stylish, contemporary settings.
