At MN Home Outlet, our mission is to help you improve your home without demo’ing your wallet. That’s just a catchy way of saying that we love helping people save money. We partner with major retailers and liquidation distributors to offer a wide range of inventory, from home improvement to home goods (and more!). We offer new, “like new” and used items and everything is below retail price. Our inventory is updated daily and we’re constantly restocking our "shelves" with new deals. IMPORTANT: Inspection and removal times are firm. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and day. At the close of the removal, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWs and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion. No refunds will be given for paid and abandoned lots.
MONDAY REMOVAL ONLY! Winning bidders must pick-up their lots before 7:00pm on MONDAY. Remaining lots will be considered abandoned and will become the property of MN Home Outlet to dispose of at their discretion. No Exceptions.

WE HAVE MOVED TO DOCK DOOR #2 LOCATED IN THE BACK OF THE BUILDING - PLEASE DO NOT PARK INFRONT OF DOORS 5 - 8.
Arriving on pick-up day: Upon entering the parking lot, you will drive to the right of the building and around to the back until you pass the gate (We will be on the left). Please do not park in front of doors #5-8. You will see a ramp and a door to the left as you pass the gate. Enter through the door and pay for your items if you have not already done so online. Then one of the forklift driver's will accept your invoice and will help load your items if needed (Please bring help).
We do have forklifts available during pick-up for large items, but we still insist on bringing help.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
There is no shipping available under any circumstances. Please do not bid if you need an item shipped.
If you pay online with Square, we would like to remind all bidders that you are still responsible for claiming your lots on the scheduled pick-up day.
