This is Amundson Auctions 1st Estate Auction of 2026.
The auction will begin closing Thursday February 26, 2026 7pm
There will be 2 available pick up dates in Breckenridge, MN

We make shipping easy (Prices indicated are for deliveries within SpeeDee Delivery zones, if you are outside of these zones your prices will be double. You can check if you are in the delivery zone here:(Delivery Service Area Maps | Spee-Dee Delivery).
***The 1st shipping box is always $18, even if you only purchase 1 item that only take up 1/20 of a shipping box.
1. Each eligible lot will indicate how much room I believe that lot will take up in a shipping box by fractions.
2. Once the auction closes and you indicate that you want shipping and will add the fractions together and based on the quantity of boxes expected to be needed I will add that cost to your invoice. First box is $18.00, each additional box is $15. There are some items that indicate they will have additional handling fees.
***If I screw up and end up needing to ship an additional box to get your items to you safely I will eat the cost of that extra box.
If I end up needing fewer shipping boxes I will refund you the amount I didn't use.

Payment Types Accepted: Payment via your K-BID dashboard via all major credit cards on invoices under $5,000. Cashiers check or Business Account Checks and cash payments are accepted at time of pickup.
Credit Card Amounts: We accept CC's up to $5,000. At our discretion, we may accept credit card payments over $5,000, in this case, there will be a 3.5% surcharge added to the total amount.
Removal: Items are to be removed during the scheduled removal date. Later removals should never be assumed without prior approval. A daily $25 fee will apply to alternative removal times without prior approval. Items paid for and not removed with 2 days after pickup times will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.
Shipping: Please view the shipping tab for more information, and always look to see if an item is shippable before bidding.
Disclosure: Everything is sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Photos are provided for your convenience and do not provide a guarantee or warranty. Every effort is made to provide an accurate description and condition of the item; however, it is the bidder's responsibility to verify condition, quality, count, dimensions, etc. during their own personal inspection.
Refunds and/or Returns: Once you have picked up your item(s) and they have been removed from the auction site, refunds or returns will NOT be accepted. Amundson Auctions is not responsible for missing or damaged items after they have been removed. Please inspect your items and bring any questions or concerns to the attention of the auction manager before leaving the auction premises. NO refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Release of Liability: By participating in this auction, you release Amundson Auctions of any liability for damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
All items indicating shipping available can be shipped anywhere within the continental US.

Once the shipping charges & invoice have been paid the items will begin shipping the Monday after the auction closes going in order payment was received. It is just me doing the shipping so if there are a lot of lots shipping out it can take me up to 2 weeks to get everything shipped out.
*If there are items that are listed as no shipping available it is due to the items size, which would require to ship the item via freight. If you have the means available to have an item shipped freight we would be happy to assist BUT we need to be contacted and confirm prior to the end of the auction.

Pick up dates: (There is a new K-Bid policy that requires you to schedule a pick-up time. If you schedule it but can't make it at that time, as long as you can get your items during the designated pick up times you will be just fine)
