Important Auction Terms – Please Read Carefully

  • Payments Accepted:  Online payments through K-BID, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) on site will accepted. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT ONSITE Wire transfer or certified bank check for purchases over $5,000.  At our discretion credit cards accepted for over $5,000 with a 3.5% fee on the total invoice amount.
  • No personal checks accepted.
  • View shipping options for shipping terms on this auction.  
  • Pickup Deadline: All items must be picked up by the end of the designated auction pickup period. Items not collected by this time will be considered forfeited and no refunds will be issued. Please make sure you have all your items when you pick up. 

  • Item Inspection: If you have any questions or concerns about an item, we strongly encourage you schedule an inspection period to personally verify its condition before placing a bid. Pickup day is not inspection day!

  • Pickup Requirements: Please bring the appropriate tools, equipment, and assistance necessary to remove your items. Our staff is not responsible for loading.

  • Loading Assistance Fee: A $30 fee will be added to your invoice if staff assistance is required for loading items.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to pay for your items may result in your K-BID account being suspended. A penalty fee may be required to reinstate your account. If you do not pick up your winning items on the removal date you forfeit your winning items and they will be resold. Contact us IMMEDIATELY if you will be unable to pickup on your removal date.

  • ITEM CONDITION: We do our best to provide accurate pictures and descriptions. However, every auction item is sold as is/where is with no guarantees or warranties.  It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect and evaluate any items prior to bidding.  Items will be available for inspection on the times posted in the auction.  All items are a final sale with no refunds or returns.  It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items before they leave the auction premises.

  • On occasion there is a computer glitch were the wrong photo may show in an incorrect auction. If it is clear that item is NOT part of the lot, it will be not be included and no refund or credit will be given.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.

  • Bidders are responsible for all activity under their account.
  • Account information and passwords must not be shared.
  • All bids are binding and may not be retracted.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Auction Process

  • Items with a reserve will not sell unless the reserve price is met.
  • Affiliates may lower reserves at any time:
    • During the auction: updated reserve status will be displayed.
    • After closing: the highest bidder may be awarded the item if the reserve is lowered.
  • At closing, items with active bidding will remain open until no bids are received for three (3) minutes.
  • Outbid notifications are not sent once an item enters the closing process.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:

  • Reinstatement is at K-BID’s discretion
  • Requires payment of:
    • 20% penalty on unpaid invoice(s)
    • $25 reinstatement fee
  • A valid government-issued ID must be provided
  • Unpaid items will not be awarded

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

If you require shipping or delivery for your purchase, please follow these steps:

  1. Request shipping through the K-BID platform and Pay Your Initial Invoice:
    First, log in to your K-BID account select manage invoice and select shipping. once shipping has been selected please pay the invoice for your auction items. Shipping needs to be requested 24 hours after auction closes.

  2. Wait for Your Shipping Invoice:
    Once your initial payment is received, please allow 1–10 business days after the auction’s removal dates for us to prepare your items for shipping/delivery.

  3. Receive & Pay Shipping Invoice:
    After we calculate the shipping cost, we will send a separate invoice to the email address associated with your K-BID account. You can pay for shipping directly through that email.

  4. Item Shipment:
    Once your shipping payment is received, we will promptly ship your item.

  5. Item Delivery:
    Once your delivery payment is received, we will schedule delivery with you.

    Shipping is through USPS or UPS, whichever is cheaper at the time for your destination.

Payment for shipping is a separate transaction. We will email you a separate invoice for the cost of shipping with in 1-10 business days after you have paid your K-Bid invoice and requested shipping. 

Removal Appointments ** Required ** - Please bring help, tools, and right vehicle to transport your items.

Removal is scheduled for only the listed removal dates—there are no alternate removal dates. Please do not assume late removal is possible.
