· Item inspection is available Thursday, January 22nd, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Forms of Payment: Pay by cash, credit card, or online via your K-bid dashboard (click 'invoices').
Information: Items must be picked up during scheduled times. If unavailable, pay online and call us during removal to arrange a different pickup within the week. Preferably, pick up on the designated dates.
· Paid items: Held for one week; $20/week storage fee applies after that. After two weeks, items are considered abandoned and re-auctioned with no refund.
· Unpaid items: Held for one week, then re-auctioned. The bidder will be marked as a no-show.
Bring proper transportation, straps, and equipment. We won't load unsafe vehicles.
Please DO NOT bid if you cannot pay and pick up on the scheduled day unless other arrangements are made.
All items are used unless noted and may show wear. We note and photograph unusual damage, but all items are sold "as is, where is." MC SALES is not responsible for description errors or omissions. Photos are representative only.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
MC SALES can reject any bids at its discretion. Winning bidders are responsible for taxes and fees. Tax-exempt buyers must provide a valid Tax Exemption Certificate.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Once the auction is over, head to your dashboard to choose shipping options and request shipping on your invoice. If you need shipping, please wait to pay your invoice until the shipping charges have been added by Thursday.
Shipping charges will be applied to your invoice by the Thursday after the auction. After you make your payment, we’ll send out your items the next day.
We’ll ship your items to the name and address shown on your invoice, so make sure this information is correct. We use Speedee, USPS, or UPS for shipping. You'll cover the actual shipping charges plus a $12.00 handling fee.
Please keep in mind that we don't insure glass or fragile items against breakage. Once we hand your package to the carrier, we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen items. While MC Sales takes care when packing and shipping, we can’t guarantee item safety and do not offer refunds for damages.

Shipping is only available within the continental United States.
If you would like your winning lots shipped, please wait to pay your invoice until the shipping and handling fees have been added.
Invoices must be paid in full before shipping can occur.
Please contact us directly to arrange payment for shipping, as we do not have access to K-Bid's credit card payment system.
K-Bid now offers "removal by appointment" on your invoice page, but at MC SALES, pick-up appointments are not required. Winning bidders can collect items anytime during scheduled hours.
For shipping, please don’t pay yet. After the auction, select shipping in your dashboard. Shipping costs will be added the next day; pay your updated invoice and we’ll ship your items after payment is processed.
