The community built a new school and the Elementary kids are enjoying their new digs. It is time to empty out the old school of its remaining belongings. Lots of nice custom cabinetry, Kitchen equipment that is only a few years old, Including a Walk-in freezer and Walk-in refrigerator. Numerous lockers, desks, chairs, White boards and Chalk boards. Music room with numerous electronic keyboards. Did I mention an awesome playground! Also just 7 miles away in Winthrop is the football stadium bleachers with concession stand and press box.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW -
This building is basically 2 levels. You will be happy to know that there is a large ramped hallway to get from 2nd floor down to 1st floor so you won't have to haul items down stairs.
Secondly, you will need to remove items that are screwed or mounted to the walls. This includes all cabinets, lockers, white/chalk/cork boards etc.
BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS, 2 WHEEL DOLLIES, PLATFORM CARTS ETC to Haul your purchases.
We will help you FIND your items but won't be able to assist everyone in dismantling.
PLAYGROUND items will likely need additional removal time, they will probably still be frozen in the ground. Since the school still owns the property we can wait until it is thawed and items can be dug out easily. Buyers will have until the end of May to remove.
This auction has nice Kitchen equipment, dishwasher, ovens, Walk-in freezer and refrigerator that are not very old and in very good condition, Great variety of Playground equipment, TVs, Printers, lots of Kids desks, tables, chairs, whiteboards chalkboards, Lockers. The highlight is the Football stadium bleachers with press box and concession stand located in Winthrop. Very good condition.
This is a school with 40 different rooms so you need to be prepared with carts to collect your items and get them to the door. We have labeled each lot with the room number it is in and have a map. We will also help you find where you are going.
