This is Auction #1 at this location. The seller is consolidating buildings and moving into one complex.
There will be another auction in the weeks after this one.
This auction includes LOTS of Shelving, Workbenches, carts, air hoses, chairs, misc surplus, some plastic filament equipment, tool boxes, sand blast cabinets plastic granulator, flammable storage cabinets, ultrasonic cleaner, laser toner and more !!
You Must use the K-Bid Scheduling app to schedule a pickup time. No additional times or days available.
LOAD OUT IS AT DOCK HEIGHT ONLY, NO GROUND HEIGHT ACCESS AT THIS BUILDING
BRING YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT DOLLIES, EXTRA HELP, TOOLS TO RETRIEVE YOUR ITEMS AND GET THEM TO THE LOADING DOCK.
We will likely have one pallet jack to help but it will be busy so don't plan on it being available, especially if you have alot of items.

STJ is not liable for any injuries or damage during removal. At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss or damage passes immediately to the bidder. Remember this is an auction, not a retail store.

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
