This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
PRIOR to BIDDING - Check to make sure the item is in fact "shippable".
if it is not... you may contact us in advance to check options. It is possible in many cases to arrange your own transport & pickup on oversized items that we generally don't ship. For example, a full size car or vintage motorcycle.
Place a winning bid for your desired lot/s. If you are bidding on multiple items in this auction and require shipping, double check that all lots are marked for shipping.
You will receive a SEPARATE SHIPPING invoice. (Only sent to the email address associated with your K-bid account). PLEASE CHECK your SPAM folders.
Coins & paper currency: You will be charged a flat shipping rate of $5.95 for your first lot, $2.00 for each additional coin or currency lot, and applicable insurance based on the invoice total.
Mix of coins + additional item lots: you will be charged our *regular package rates above.
License plate(s): You will be charged a flat rate of $7.99 for up to 4 plates - additional charges added over 4 plates.
To save you money, we do combine shipping. We will often reduce or waive a portion of those fees, though there is no guarantee - this is based on a case-by-case basis. Like we always say, call ahead and find out!

Alternative pickup times require prior approval - the only way to do that is send an email to hairymosquito@hotmail.com with your name and bidder number. Once an alternative pickup time is arranged, we will confirm with an email message, otherwise, we expect you to pay for and pick up your items before the end of the removal period. If you do not pickup your items during the arranged period, your items may no longer be available to you.
