Payments accepted: Cash, online payment and credit cards at the auction location(CC only up to $5,000) will be accepted. Upon approval, a 3.75% CC surcharge will apply on invoices over $5,000.
Items that are not PAID with a credit card over the phone or other means by the end of the pickup date(s) will be considered no show and abandoned. We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone, or Cashier's Checks. MPH Motors LLC is not liable for any injuries or damage during removal. At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss or damage passes immediately to the bidder. Remember this is an auction, not a retail store.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
All items can be shipped at buyers expense. We pride ourselves on shipping quickly. You help make it possible by paying quickly for product and custom shipping link when we sent it.
Request shipping in the K-bid platform.
We will get you a total cost for shipping&handling and send a link to pay or adjust your invoice if you have not yet paid it.
Once funds are recieved we will arrange shipping through Speedy, USPS, or UPS, ect. If after two weeks you have not arranged shipping , ownership of the item will revert back to us and will be resold.
We will have a skid loader and pallet jack for heavy equiptment (stoves ect), this makes it more inportant that you make an apointment so we are prepared.
We will help load within reason, we will not load on unsafe trailers ect. use common sense please and bring help whenever possible for you heavy wins!
