Payments Accepted: Online payments through K-bid; Credit Cards (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex), Venmo or cash on site. Personal checks may be accepted from known parties only.
Removal: Removal times are firm. If you are unable to honor the times posted, please do not bid. If an emergency prevents you from picking up your purchases during the scheduled times, please call before the removal period ends to make alternative arrangements. After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as "No Shows" and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate's discretion. "No Shows" run the risk of having their account locked down by K-bid and penalty fees may be incurred,
Abandoned Items: Items paid for but not picked up during the removal period will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
Removal Assistance: Muirfield employees are not available to help carry or transport heavy items (our crew is mostly 65+). Please bring appropriate help, equipment, and packing supplies for safe removal of items. Thank you.
Item Condition: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos of all items. Unless noted, all items are in "used condition" and may show wear commensurate with age and use. However, all auction items are sold "as is / where is" with no guarantees or warranties It is the bidder's responsibility to to inspect and evaluate any item prior to bidding. Items will be available for physical inspection at the times posted in the auction. Likewise, it is the bidder's responsibiliy to inspect purchased items prior to leaving the auction premises. No returns or refunds will be made on sold items that have left the auction premises.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping: If an item is offered as shippable, we will bring the item to a third-party shipping company for you (typically the Rosedale UPS Store). We will notify you once your items have been delivered to the shipper. Shipping, packing and payment arrangements will be made by the bidder directly with the shipper.
If you wish to have your item shipped:
1. Your invoice for items to be shipped must be paid in full.
2. You must notify us by text prior to expiration of the Removal Time. We need your name, bidder number, contact information and list of lots to be shipped.
3. We will drop off your item(s) at the UPS Store or other designated shipper within 2-3 days of receiving your request.
4. The shipper will contact you directly to arrange packing and payment.
