PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS MONDAY, APRIL 20TH. Winning bidders who have not paid their invoices by this time will be listed as no-shows. Merchandise may only be removed after it is paid for. 

For invoices less than $5,000, preferred payment method is online through your K-BID Dashboard prior to removal. For invoices over $5,000, the preferred payment method is wire transfer or cashier's check.

Businesses that receive more than $10,000 in cash in a single transaction or related transactions must file IRS Form 8300 with the IRS. Cash includes U.S. currency and may include cashier’s checks of $10,000 or less.

If paying with cash or cash equivalent totaling over $10,000, we must collect the following information for IRS reporting:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • SSN or FEIN
  • Date of birth
  • Driver’s license or government-issued ID

This information may be required for both the person presenting payment and the person on whose behalf the transaction is conducted.

If you don't wish to provide this information, you must pay by cashier’s check over $10,000 or wire transfer.

We cannot accept cash payments structured to avoid federal reporting requirements.

Please pick up your items on designated removal days. If you cannot make the removal days and if it works within the seller's schedule, we may be able to arrange an alternative day. All alternate pick up days are subject to a $50.00 additional fee per invoice. 

Paid iems left after 10 days are considered abandoned and become the property of I-35 Auctions. 

Any refunds issued for unclaimed purchases are subject to a restocking fee not to exceed 25%. The decision whether to issue any refund is at the discretion of I-35 Auctions' management. 

Items have not been tested unless otherwise described in the lot descriptions. I-35 Auctions makes no warranty as to the condition of items offered herein. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Used items come with used issues, including minor mechanical issues, interior and exterior imperfections. Pick up day is not inspection day. 

Refunds for damaged or missing items will be capped at the total of the hammer price, buyer's premium and sales tax, if applicable. 

I-35 Auctions is not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage to property while visiting the auction site. 

Buyers are solely responsible for assuring proper trailering of goods and securely fastening their own loads. I-35 Auctions and the seller are not responsible for any accidents which may occur due to improper loading, stowage or securing of loads. I-35 Auctions does reserve the right to refuse to load any vehicle that is deemed unsafe. 

Communications policy: By bidding on this auction, you grant I-35 Auctions permission to text and/or email you information relevant to this auction, such as removal or payment reminders, shipping information, etc.

Auction Terms Addendum

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.

  • Bidders are responsible for all activity under their account.
  • Account information and passwords must not be shared.
  • All bids are binding and may not be retracted.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Auction Process

  • Items with a reserve will not sell unless the reserve price is met.
  • Affiliates may lower reserves at any time:
    • During the auction: updated reserve status will be displayed.
    • After closing: the highest bidder may be awarded the item if the reserve is lowered.
  • At closing, items with active bidding will remain open until no bids are received for three (3) minutes.
  • Outbid notifications are not sent once an item enters the closing process.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:

  • Reinstatement is at K-BID’s discretion
  • Requires payment of:
    • 20% penalty on unpaid invoice(s)
    • $25 reinstatement fee
  • A valid government-issued ID must be provided
  • Unpaid items will not be awarded

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

  • Let us know you want items shipped by going to Dashboard -> Invoices -> Manage Invoice. Under "Shipping Options", simply select "Request Shipping". 
  • Winning bidder will be invoiced separately for shipping 
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to prepare your item(s) for shipping 
  • Not all items are eligible for shipping. 
  • No international shipments. 

Parcel shipments:

We save you money on shipping using Shippo to compare discounted rates from UPS, USPS and FedEx. For parcels, a handling fee of $8.50 for the first lot and $5 per each additional lot will be charged, plus freight costs. Oversized items and things requiring special packaging or additional packing material may incur an additional charge. 

Pallet shipments:

Minimum $65 per pallet handling fee, plus freight charges. Please let us know if your receiving location is residential or business and if you have a loading dock and/or forklift.

Online payments can be made through your K-BID Dashboard or we can process your payment in person on pick up day. 

Removal note: please refrain from parking on the north side of the parking lot. It is not our property.
