We prefer payments to be made online through K-BID. However we can take cash and cards onsite. We prefer items over $5,000 to be wire transferred or provide a certified bank check. At our discretion we will allow credit card purchases for over $5,000 with a fee of 3.5% of the total invoice amount. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS!

Inspection and removal times are AS SHOWN IN THE DETAILS TAB! THERE ARE NO OTHER ARRANGEMENTS! If you are unable to honor the times posted, please do not bid. After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account locked down by K-BID and penalty fees may be incurred.
It is your duty to make sure all your items are accounted for. We will not offer any refunds or bring you your missed items.
Items paid for but not picked up during the removal will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
Auction Employees are not able to help you lift and load your items. Please bring the appropriate help to remove your items.
We will do our best to provide you accurate pictures and descriptions of the items we are listed in our auction. Please note; all items are sold as is and it is the bidders responsibility to inspect the items before placing their final bid. All items are sold as is and there are NO refunds!
By participating in this auction, you release St. Croix Structuring, LLC of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.

Auction Terms Addendum

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.

Bidders are responsible for all activity under their account.
Account information and passwords must not be shared.
All bids are binding and may not be retracted.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Auction Process

Items with a reserve will not sell unless the reserve price is met.
Affiliates may lower reserves at any time:
- During the auction: updated reserve status will be displayed.
- After closing: the highest bidder may be awarded the item if the reserve is lowered.
At closing, items with active bidding will remain open until no bids are received for three (3) minutes.
Outbid notifications are not sent once an item enters the closing process.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:

Reinstatement is at K-BID’s discretion
Requires payment of:
- 20% penalty on unpaid invoice(s)
- $25 reinstatement fee
A valid government-issued ID must be provided
Unpaid items will not be awarded

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

If an item is offered as shippable we will ship the item or items for you under the below terms. - Your K-Bid invoice needs to be paid in full. - You must check that you want your items shipped through K-Bid or text 715-243-9375 with your name and bidder number that you would like to have your items shipped. This must be done before removal of the auction is complete. - Within 5 business days, you will receive a square invoice from St. Croix Structuring that will list your shipping costs. - Once this invoice is paid, your items will be shipped. We will not ship your items until your invoices are paid! - Please note; we charge shipping and handling fees. Our typical handling fees are $5-$20.

After the auction has closed, you will receive an emailed invoice for your item(s) from K-Bid. If you don't see an emailed invoice, check your spam folder.

You can then log into your K-Bid account- select "Invoice" and pay for your item(s).

Payment for shipping is a separate transaction. We will email you a separate invoice for the cost of shipping with in 5 days after you have paid your K-Bid invoice and requested shipping.

Removal is for the scheduled day(s) only. Once the auction closes, please schedule an appointment for removal. Bidders who do not schedule may have to wait for an open time to retrieve their items.
