Payment Options:
• Pay with cash, credit card, or online through your K-BID dashboard (click “Invoices”)
Pickup Information:
• Items must be picked up during the scheduled removal times
• If you’re unable to make it, please pay online and call us during removal
– We’ll do our best to arrange another pickup time within the same week
– Whenever possible, please plan to pick up on the scheduled dates
Item Holding Policy:
• Paid items:
– Held for up to 1 week
– After that, a $20/week storage fee will apply
– After 2 weeks, items will be considered abandoned and may be re-auctioned (no refunds)
• Unpaid items:
– Held for 1 week only
– Then re-listed and marked as a no-show
Be Prepared for Pickup:
• Please bring proper transportation, straps, and help for loading
• For safety reasons, we will not load unsafe vehicles
Before You Bid:
• Please only bid if you can pay and pick up on time, unless arrangements are made in advance
Item Condition:
• All items are used unless otherwise noted and may show normal wear
• Items are sold as-is, where-is
• We do our best to describe and photograph items, but errors or omissions may occur
Shipping Reminder:
• MC Sales is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
• Please ensure you have a secure delivery location
Final Details:
• All items should be picked up on removal day unless arrangements are made
• Paid items not picked up within 7 days may be resold
• All sales are final
• MC Sales reserves the right to reject any bids

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping Information – Please Read
After the auction ends, go to your dashboard and select “Need Shipping.”
If you need shipping:
• Do not pay your invoice yet
• Shipping will be added by Wednesday evening
• Wait until shipping is added before paying
Once your invoice is updated and paid, your items will ship the next business day.
Your order will ship to the name and address on your invoice, so please make sure everything is correct.
We ship with SpeeDee, USPS, or UPS.
Shipping cost + a $12 handling fee will be added.
Please note:
• Fragile or glass items are not insured for breakage
• Once shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery
• We pack carefully but cannot guarantee condition during shipping

K-BID now offers a “removal by appointment” feature on your invoice page, and MC Sales will be implementing appointment-based pickups to help keep everything organized and running smoothly.
• Winning bidders will need to schedule a pickup appointment through their invoice page
• This allows for a smooth, efficient, and timely pickup experience for everyone
• Items will be held for up to 2 weeks after the auction ends
• If you’re unable to pick up within that time, please reach out to make arrangements
• After 14 days, any unclaimed items will be considered abandoned and may be re-listed in a future auction
Shipping Made Easy:
• If you need shipping, please do not pay your invoice right away
• After the auction, select “Need Shipping” in your dashboard
• Shipping costs will be added the next day
• Once your updated invoice is paid, we’ll get your items packed and shipped promptly
