From Hwy 65 go West on 221st / 74 until stop sign. Go north from stop sign on Cedar Dr / 13. Watch for signs just before T in road. If you are using GPS sometimes it will require Bethel as the city.
Please note: GPS directions are very un reliable to this address! Make sure your GPS does not auto change the street to Cedar Creek Dr! You want just plain Cedar Dr NW! Make sure you understand where you are headed!

1) ALL of our items are sold completely AS-IS, AS-PICTURED with NO warranty or guarantee. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items personally. 2) Hahn Customs' descriptions and pictures of items are NOT intended to be (and will NOT be held liable as) a substitute for your personal inspection! If you absolutely cannot make inspection dates, call us with any important questions that may affect your bid amounts. We will do our best to answer them. 3) DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP DURING DESIGNATED TIMES! There will be a $25 late load out fee if not picked up during load out dates. We DO turn in NO-SHOW BIDDERS! 4) 4) Hahn Customs DOES have a forklift to assist in loading, but all items are loaded AT BUYER'S RISK: We are NOT responsible for damage to items or the vehicle/trailer they are being loaded in/on to. We will do our best to ensure the safety of persons and property. No loading dock at building. 5) Please bring help, tools, packing material for fragile items, and anything else needed for removal of items. 6) Any item that is paid for and left on auction premises for more than 7 days will be considered abandoned and disposed of.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

Please be aware that it may not be the best idea to ship large amounts of fragile/glass items and/or chemicals. We will always do our best to pack fragile items but the buyer takes responsibility for any damages during shipping.
Currently there will be no "handling" charges to pack items/lots unless they are extremely fragile and require lots of extra work or packing material. We check with 2 or 3 carriers to make sure we get you the cheapest rate.
If you pay online you MUST still follow the pickup schedule. Any item that is paid for and left without making arrangements will be disposed of after 7 days. If you need to have your item shipped, please text us to verify shipping address and payment info. 763-331-5046.
Removal location is ground height. No loading dock. Forklift is available for heavy items at no extra charge.
