Alternative pickup times require prior approval - if you cannot pick up your items during the the scheduled removal window, please don't bid and win the items unless prior arrangements are made.
Items left after the scheduled removal window without prior approval shall not be saved, stored or shipped and your bidder number will be considered a "no-show."
All lots sell as is, where is with no warranties or guarantees. Descriptions and photos are provided to help you preview condition, but verification is the bidder’s responsibility.
No refunds on winning bids. Please be sure to inspect the items you are interested in.... before you bid.
Hairy Mosquito is not liable for missing or damaged items after they are removed.
NOTICE: Abandoned lots are forfeited after the scheduled removal window
By bidding, you waive and release Hairy Mosquito from any liability for property damage or personal injury occurring on the auction premises.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
If you are bidding on multiple items in this auction and require shipping, double check that all lots are marked for shipping.
The Hairy Mosquito cannot send a shipping invoice until you pay for your K-Bid invoice.
We will process shipping invoices as soon as possible after the auction ends.
Please allow us up to 72 hours to send invoices as there can be many orders in line.
Packages will be sent within 1-3 business days of your shipping invoice payment.
Please check your spam folders prior to contacting us for tracking information.
All lots are available for in person pickup. Please remember to schedule a pickup slot upon paying your invoice or check "needs shipping".
On‑site or online:
Best to pay for your auction invoice immediately after the auction ends with K-bid online up to $1K.
We accept credit cards over $1K or cash at pickup at our Hairy Mosquito Location in Milaca, MN.
Pick up your items during the scheduled removal window.
Alternative pickup times require prior approval - the only way to do that is send an email to hairymosquito@hotmail.com with your name and bidder number. Once an alternative pickup time is arranged, we will confirm with an email message, otherwise, we expect you to pay for and pick up your items before the end of the removal period.
