TITLED ASSETS AND GENERAL TERMS

Payment for titled and licensed assets to be made by wire transfer only.

Payment for all other assets may be made by wire transfer, certified bank check, or cash ONLY payable to Dailey Realty and Auction Service on or before your removal appointment.

Wire transfer instructions will be provided to winning bidder at the close of this auction and carry an additional $20.00 bank transfer fee.

BUYER’S PREMIUM of 15% with a $1,500.00 cap will be added to all purchases. 

All bidders must register with K-BID according to their terms published below for this auction in addition to complying with these Affiliate terms.

Bidder understands that inspections are critical in their determination of value and should do so BEFORE advancing their bids at the end of the auction.

Assets are held in multiple locations requiring all inspections to be by appointment only. Contact Jay Dailey at 507-625-7653 for location and time. During inspection, vehicles can be started, but test drives are NOT available due to insurance restrictions. Photos that are provided are part of the description. PICK UP DAY IS NOT INSPECTION DAY and no refunds, discounts or credits against your final winning bid price will be offered and there are no exceptions!

All assets on this auction sell AS IS WHERE IS with no warranties, either express or implied by the Affiliate, the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee, or any private consignors. All titles have been verified clean and transferable at the time of this listing. Bidders are encouraged to do their own VIN check. VIN # is provided in the lot description. 

While every effort is made to disclose obvious and known defects and flaws that may substantially impact value, bidders should inspect for themselves in person. Bidder understands that, unless otherwise stated, items offered for sale are used/pre-owned and flaws and wear and tear should be expected. No mechanical inspections have been made on the vehicles unless otherwise stated in the lot description. Any statements of general condition or visible flaws are opinions based on the Affiliate's visual inspection and opinion only.

Ownership transfers upon bank verification of payment in full to Affiliate's account, and the completion of all title transfer paperwork. Dailey Realty and Auction Service will be solely responsible for the transfer of all titles of the assets offered in this auction. Title transfer and separate payment of transfer, tax, and document fees shall take place in person at the North Mankato DMV when you arrive at your appointment for pick-up, whether you are a dealer or private party. Please come prepared with your current driver’s license, dealer license (if applicable), proof of insurance and method of payment to the DMV.

This is a privately owned and operated auction company, and it is clearly understood and agreed that auctioneer represents the seller only. Bids shall advance only as indicated by the increments published in these terms.

Purchases that are not removed by your pre-arranged appointment time will be deemed ‘abandoned’. No refund or credit will be given to the purchaser and liquidation or disposal of these assets shall be at the Auctioneer’s discretion.

If a situation arises that will prevent you from showing up at your appointed time, call the Auctioneer the day BEFORE your scheduled appointment to request alternate arrangements!

Do not bid on this auction if you cannot comply with the payment, inspection, title transfer, and pickup instructions outlined in these terms!
