It is buyers responsibility to pay for and pickup up in a timely manner. If items are paid for and not picked up or shipping arranged they are forfeit after 10 days.
John Chappuie is FFL of record for any firearms sold. FFL # 3-41-131-01-0J-07274. Appts are needed for pick up firearms as the FFL is located off-site. Permit to purchase or carry is also required for all applicable firearms.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
We are willing to ship most items. We charge as close actual shipping as possible. Coins generally for $10. It is your responsibility to contact us to arrange shipping at the buyers expense. If you are buying a large or oversized item additional packaging costs may be charged- it would be best to talk to us about shipping these items before bidding.
