This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

**SHIPPING: We receive a lot of shipping requests per auction so please allow enough time for us to package and weigh your items as we are an auction company not a shipping company. Please follow the shipping terms, once your items have been packaged and weighed, we will email you a shipping invoice through square. We will not send a follow up call, text or email prior to the SQUARE invoice email unless there is information needed.
K-BID NOW GIVES AN OPTION FOR CUSTOMERS TO CHOOSE SHIPPING THROUGH THE INVOICE SECTION ON THERE DASHBOARD. WHEN SHIPPING IS WANTED, PLEASE USE THIS OPTION.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS and EMAIL IS CORRECT ON YOUR INVOICE BEFORE BIDDING IF YOU'RE REQUESTING SHIPPING
ALL SHIPPING INVOICES WILL COME FROM A CREDIT CARD PROCESSING COMPANY SQUARE.
WE DO OFFER SHIPPING FOR SOME ITEMS. PLEASE LOOK AT THE ITEMS DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING TO VERIFY IF IT QUALIFYS FOR SHIPPING. THE TRUCK ICON WILL BE GREEN IF THE ITEM IS SHIPPABLE AND RED IF IT'S NOT.
Most of the time we are very busy and it takes multiple days to get items prepared for shipment, please bid accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to predetermine the cost of shipping until the item is packaged, measured, and weighed. Rates will vary depending on size and weight. NO shipping quotes.
FEES: $13 per box/package plus actual shipping cost. We will do our best to ship most items in the same box. The price may go up depending on how much packing and handling is required to ship. They use SPEEDEE, USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. Shipping Rates will vary depending on Size and weight.
-YOU MUST PAY YOUR INVOICE THROUGH K-BID PRIOR TO SETTING UP SHIPPING THROUGH K-BID.
-INVOICE NEEDS TO BE PAID BY 5 PM OF THE AUCTIONS SCHEDULED PICK UP AND REMOVAL DATE.
-YOU MUST REQUEST SHIPPING ON OR BEFORE THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP DAY THROUGH K-BID, 30 MIN PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SCHEULED REMOVAL OR YOU RISK THE FORFEITING OF YOUR ITEM.
Once invoice has been paid and shipping has been requested through K-Bid, we will then package everything, get it ready for shipment, and then send you an invoice via email through SQUARE. We will not send a follow up email prior to the SQUARE invoice email unless there is information needed.
*Please keep in mind that due to current High Fuel Charges and Carrier Driver Shortages there may be increased carrier delays and delayed shipping times.
