Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
All items can be shipped at buyers expense.
Pay for your Item online via K-bid and request shipping or we will adjust your invoice if shipping is likely or indicated.
We will get you a total cost for shipping and send a link to pay.
Once funds are recieved we will arrange shipping through Speedy, USPS, or UPS .
Edstimate a $15 flat rate for handling. We will bundle this charge when it makes sense. Special items, Vintage in particular make incure addtional costs. Call/Text, work with is and we will work with you. We ship not to take advantage , rather to facilitae K-bid buyers across the USA !!
There's limited loading are at this sight. This makes it all that much more inportant that you make an apointment so we are prepared.
We will help load within reason,tips are appeciated if you're having one of our helpers do most of the work! We will not load on unsafe trailers ect. use common sense please and bring help whenever possible for you heavy wins!
