We accept cash, credit card, or online payment through your K-Bid dashboard (click “Invoices”).
All items must be picked up during scheduled removal times. If you cannot make the pickup window, please pay online and call us during removal to arrange an alternate pickup within the same week—preferably during the scheduled dates.
Paid items will be held for 1 week. After that, a $20/week storage fee applies. After 2 weeks, items are considered abandoned and may be re-auctioned with no refund.
Unpaid items are held for 1 week only, then re-listed, and the bidder is marked a no-show.
Please bring proper transportation, straps, and equipment—we will not load unsafe vehicles. Do not bid unless you can pay and pick up on time unless prior arrangements are made.
All items are used unless otherwise noted and sold as-is, where-is. We do our best to note and photograph condition, but MC SALES is not responsible for errors or omissions.
MC SALES is not responsible for stolen or lost packages—please ensure secure delivery if shipping.
All sales are final. We reserve the right to reject bids at our discretion. Winning bidders are responsible for applicable taxes and fees. Tax-exempt buyers must provide valid documentation.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Once the auction closes, please log into your dashboard to select shipping and request it on your invoice. If you need shipping, kindly wait to pay your invoice until Friday, when all shipping charges will be added.
Shipping costs will be updated by Friday after the auction ends. Once payment is received, your items will ship the next business day.
Orders will be shipped to the name and address listed on your invoice—please make sure all information is correct. We ship via USPS, UPS, or Speedee, and customers are responsible for actual shipping costs plus a $12.00 handling fee.
Please note: fragile or glass items are not insured against breakage. Once packages are handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. While we take great care in packing, we cannot guarantee delivery condition and do not issue refunds for shipping damage.
Shipping is available within the continental United States only. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help and always work to find the most cost-effective shipping option.
If you would like your winning lots shipped, please hold off on paying your invoice until shipping and handling fees have been added.
All invoices must be paid in full before shipping can be processed.
Once your shipping charges are ready, please contact us directly to complete payment, as we do not have access to K-Bid’s credit card payment system.
For shipping, please do not pay your invoice yet. After the auction ends, go to your dashboard and select shipping. Shipping costs will be added the Friday after the auction ends. Once your updated invoice is paid, we will process and ship your items promptly.
For local pickup, you WILL need to schedule an appointment for pickup. If you are unable to make your scheduled time, please call us—we are happy to make alternate arrangements that work for both your schedule and ours.
