Payment Types Accepted: We accept Cash, Check, and all major CC's up to $5,000. Wire transfer required over $10,000.
Removal: Items are to be removed during the scheduled removal date. Late removals should not be assumed. A $25 fee will apply to alternative removal times without prior approval. Items paid for and not removed with 14 days will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.

Inspection: We buy consignments and motsly shutdown warehouses, seized storages and shutdown fitness center's equipment. We try our best to describe these items to avoid misreprensetation of each item we post on our auctions. We encourage you to please show up for inspection before you bid. Refund will not be issued if your expectation was not met at removal for what you bided on.
Removal: Please bring help to remove what you won on these auctions. There will be a $50 charge for each item that we help to load for you. You relief Prince & Angie's Fitness Corp and its employees from liability for any damages to your item while we help to load on your vehecle.
Release of Liability: By participating in this auction, you release Prince & Angie's Fitness Corp of any liability for damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
