We help our customers with downsizing, moving, relocating or settling of an estate: by evaluating your possessions, determining the potential value of the items individually and as a collective whole. We organize the items into lots that will appeal to the bidders. We take photos of the lots and add descriptions of the items. Listening and learning the history of these items and the family history allows us to organize the auction in a way that tells a story by adding descriptions to the lots which give the lots an added value via nostalgia. Our goal is to help you and your family through this process by reducing the stress and anxiety related to the downsizing, moving, relocating or settling of an estate process. Auction Services

·       Evaluate your possessions.

·       Careful research of history and value.

·       Determine the potential value.

·       Organize the items into lots.

·       Stage the items for the photography.

·       We take photos of the lots.

·       Add descriptions of the items.

·       We include any history or collectible significance in the description.

·       We arrange the items for being picked up by the bidders after the auction concludes.

·       We schedule a day for bidders to preview the auction items.

·       We provide marketing of auction to reach 215,000 people or more.

·       You will receive a complete inventory list of all items on the auction including the realized prices. There will be a Settlement report showing the amount collected paid to you and the commission paid to TWC Auctions. There are no hidden fees in this process.

·       All you need to do is sign the Consignment Agreement and wait for a check.
