Condition: some fading with time as to be expected, some transfer of charcoal medium from being rubbed against another piece of art done in charcoal on lower right side, easy to wiped off or restored. this piece or any other is very difficult to find any of this man's works on sale anywhere! He is not obscure his works are just extremely rare!!!!!
