Items to be picked up at 2374 Old Zumbrota St - In Red Wing MN - If you have a hard time GPS-ing the location just input the Red Wing Highschool - You will see the signs when you get close. Items are In the back of the building where the storage units are - #5 & #6.
1. Preview / Inspection is by appointment only.
2. All items must be paid for on or before the scheduled day of pick-up.
3. Any items paid for but left more than 7 days without prior arrangement will be considered abandoned.
4. The bidder / buyer is responsible for inspecting all items prior to bidding/buying. Call or email us to schedule a time for viewing.
5. Please contact us if you need to make alternate arrangements for pick up/removal. Depending on the size of the item we might be able to / can be some what flexible.
6. Buyer is responsible for a safe and neat removal and loading of all items.
7. Please bring help, tools & proper size equipment or vehicle to remove & haul your items.

Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. There is a 13% BUYERS PREMIUM (13% BP) on this auction. All NON-Credit/Debit Card payments MADE IN-FULL (invoiced amount) will receive a 3% Reduction in BUYERS PREMIUM (10% BP).
Applicable Wisconsin Sales Tax will be collected. At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
We will ship any reasonable sized item.
We will NOT ship multiple lots of items. If you have a huge bunch of lots with multiple items in multiple lots you will need to pick them up ON the day of pick-up.
We are an auction company, not a shipping company so your item may arrive in a recycled / misc. box - All items will be packaged properly for safety.
We ship Priority Mail or Speedy Delivery only. If your item arrives damaged you will need to make a claim with the package handler.
We charge a handling/packaging fee, on top of the regular shipping and cost of the item you won. This varies between $5 & $15 depending on the item and supplies we need to use.
If you want your item shipped to you please contact us within 24 hours of winning bid and we will give you a shipping quote and you will need to pay for the item, shipping & handling via credit card.
