This auction will be split into two parts ending June 15 & 16th. Part 2 will be more items. Pick Up will be Wednesday June 18 and Thursday June 19. Please make sure you can pick up during those days. This is an off site auction. Items Need to be picked up during those days.

At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

No Shipping is available. Please be aware that this is a business address and NOT a place that I am at every day. Please make every effort to pick up during the designated pick up day. You are responsible for loading your items so bring help if necessary. There are items in the basement, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors so there may be steps you have to carry items down. If a different pick up time is needed there will be a $45.00 charge for gas and time. Also you will need to be available when I am available and the building is available.
